Michael Kemp was very unprofessional from the first phone call. By the second phone call I was asking question about the collection which I am assuming frustrated him. I explained to him I was unable to pay the debt at the time due to personal issues that I had told to mr.kemp, he proceeded to tell me that I should finish wasting my time taking care of my child and that I needed mental help because I stated I didn t have the finances at the time.

Mr Gomez reached out to me over a some claim that didnt even make sense. He had false information on the company tried his absolute best for me to admit that my company was involved. All the evidence they have is fabricated. They try to intimidate and use fear tactics.

For anyone that recieves a call or letter, please do your research. These people are nothing short of scammers, thieves, and liars. They have absolute zero power to take away anyones license.

Beware!!!!

I was harassed by this "collections agency" regarding a fictitious car collision that was claimed to have happened while I was at work and my car was not in use (confirmed by Sirius Guardian). They threatened to revoke my vehicle registration and suspend my license... for a crash that was completely fabricated... When "Carlos Gomez" answered my call to find out what they were even talking about he was combative, rude, and threatening. As Confirmed by nearly every review I've seen that is the typical behavior of this company. Sure they may collect actual debts sometimes but it is crystal clear they don't give a care about facts or being even the least bit professional. Additionally Mr. "Gomez" claimed that I somehow had the burden of proof in this matter... and tried to bully me. Simply put in life, the law, and the insurance world the burden of proof lies with whoever makes a claim. For instance, for the claim "Jonathan Neil and Associates are unprofessional and rude". I've cited evidence (It happened to me), and can further site in nearly all of their reviews that it happens to apparently nearly everyone they deal with. Burden of proof resolved.

SCAM. I contacted Carlos Gomez after my client received a bogus letter in regards to an accident in a car he wasn't driving and did not even own. The claim had already been closed with my clients insurance after someone filed a fraudulent claim. He asked me for a letter of representation in order to speak to me about my own client. As if he has soon burden of confidentiality with someone who isn't his client. The practices of this "firm" are disgusting and fraudulent. Do not give these people one penny of your hard earned money.

I'm sure collections isn't a business that get's great reviews, but this company sent me threatening letters, stating that I would lose my license in 7 days if I did not comply with a collection. This was my very first notice, and in turned out to be an attempt to commit fraud by someone I was in a small fender bender with. Great job guys - you rock!!!

First off let me say the people here are very rude ! I am currently dealing with A TODD DAVIS. I received a letter in the mail stating I owed them money (mind you it was 4 days after I just closed my case ) and I had 60 days to reply, otherwise if they did not hear from me they would take further action and proceed with another court hearing and I will be liable for all court cost and fees. I then reached out that same day and he was very rude and Aggressive ! I told him my current working situation he then told me I needed to hurry up and find a job come up with a plan because the other party needed their money he then gave me a month to figure something out and that I can reach out to him in March so I did just that and off the bat he was rude and had a very mean demanding tone when I spoke with him I then told him I did not appreciate him being so rude to me as I was just trying to get the information I needed to set up payment plans he then said to me I do not appreciate these allegations your making towards me I then told him I didn t appreciate the way he was treating me and he then said oh I m rude I m rude ? Ok and hung up on me I then tried to call back but once I said my name he hung up again I did try and call to speak to another person and still no answer this place is very Unprofessional as is everyone working here I do not feel comfortable sending my money to such people who act like this

I received a letter from this company claiming I d lose my license in 7 days if I didn t pay them $2,000+ dollars. The notice says Re:Geico and the DOL is an actual date of an accident I had back in August( not in my own vehicle). Robert Briones told me via voicemail that he was in fact representing Geico. Obviously I freaked out. I called Geico to ask what the deal was and they told me they d already paid out the other party and that my claim was closed. They also told me it s common for these debt collectors to phish accident information off of the internet and pretend that they re attempting to collect from insurance companies. When I called Robert angrily, he said WHO DID YOU TALK TO AT GEICO???!!!! . I told him I spoke to a claim assistant who said my claim was closed and to not contact me if this is a scam. He hung up on me. This company really should be shut down. They scared the living daylight out of me when I got this letter in the mail. They are a TOTAL SCAM!!
