I had a series of mishaps when I took my Range Rover in. I specifically told my service advisor I needed my car back by 3:00 pm. They had some technical issues which I completely understand but the situation just could have been handled better. My service advisor finally called my back about the service requests they sent me but stated it was too late to perform them (since he took so long to return my call). Then I was told my car would be ready at 3:30. It was not. They were also supposed to have my car appraised which they did not and my car was not washed. I never again even saw or spoke to my service advisor. I did speak to the service manager who was really nice but overall didn't offer any solutions to any of the issues. I live 2 hours away so I explained I could not just drop by next week. Again, no attempts to solve any issues. The site is under construction and they are operating like a used car dealership not a luxury dealership. It's a shame because we are looking to trade in my car but they didn't even attempt to appraise my car so I guess I won't be purchasing again from this dealership. Service is very important to me which is why I purchased from Land Rover over the Infinity I have.
