Its a developing village, though there are some noise coming from the construction site, overall its a quite and pieceful place to live in. Hope to meet you soon future neighbours

On Going Construction but there are a lot kf community already

Husband and I started our medium size family here. I like the place for its windy weather most of the year. Very cold, I don't need to use our AC at night on "ber" months thanks to its location; situated on the high lands just an hour away to Tagaytay on normal traffic but is 30-45mins at late night ride. We started here with the place having no parameter fence so some hoodlums from the neighboring pabahay gets free access whenever, where ever, thus, some home owners had incidents of theft, breaking in to their homes. 1st week of our stay all my kids slippers went missing. But on the bright side, developer did some actions about it. Built parameter fence around the property, gated the entrance at the market side and the main entrance, added guards - they are very accommodating guards on both gates and roving as well. Water supply is superb! Garbage collection is twice a week. Lighting of streets though, are not yet taken care off. I plan to build 2nd floor on my property in the future. Although, I could have appreciated if the developer had advised us that they were building The Courtyards, The Manor, and the Acropolis. We should have taken a unit from there instead of what we have now.
