The customer service is great! Very professional and quick, I always get helped by the same lady her name is Lisa she s awesome.

No idea what this firm is or why they keep calling, but they do. They call from a local (Illinois) number with no one on the line.

I called back tonight after multiple incoming calls to determine the purpose of the calls, and was told no information would be provided to me until I completed "identity verification". Verify why you're calling first. Debt collection? Law suit? Did I win the PCH Sweeps? Who knows.

As far as debt collections go!!! I know NO one's ever happy about debt. But so Far this place has been fairly easy to work with. Our debts are paid and now that they've collected money. It's been very challenging for a paid in full letter sent to my email. I'm not exactly sure if this is a series of unfortunate events. Or if they're pulling my leg. So far they've apologized and have promised me my confirmation email tomorrow.

Over all experience was decent and deserves at least 4.5 stars. I'd rate 5 if we didn't have any complications with this paid in full letter.

moral of the story folk's pay you bills and you won't be angry when collectors call!!

Let s be honest here, nobody likes a debt collection agency, let alone a law firm who was hired to sue people over unpaid credit card bills. The industry they are in alone makes them the bad guy. This firm is considerate and compassionate in that escalating matters to the attorneys when extenuating hardships or circumstances exist will result in a fair and reasonable settlement or payment plan.

Would give a minus rating if possible. I understand that this is a debt that I owe, but they don't seem to want to help you work it out. They would rather just take you to court and garnish your wages.

I was told they would call me back on a matter about a week ago and nothing. Pretty sure if I was making a payment. I wouldve gotten a call back the same day.

Had excellent customer service from Stacey during my call today. She was polite, professional and took great care of me.

Rude, threatening was told I couldn't leave a message and they would not have the person return the call. Dishonest, sneaky

The customer representative that I spoke with was very unprofessional and rude. I asked where did the debt come from and he said "well you should know." Boy! If you don't let me know whats going on so I can pay this account and move on. Truly unprofessional my first time calling and it takes forever to get information as they go through a whole script. People just get to the point.
