I stayed here for six consecutive months due to business needs. All the staff, from the first day, really made me feel at home by removing the homesickness from me!
Thanks first of all to the kitchen of Chef Eduard who pampered me every evening .. Attentive chef, always available, imaginative, passionate and precise in preparing delicious dishes, served with kindness by Mr Raffaele.
Every morning then waiting for me for my breakfast there was always the smile and warmth of Mrs. Gilda and Mrs. Roberta, quick, composed and always careful to let me find my hot coffee made at the moment and their rich buffet, always perfectly tidy and clean.
What about the boys and girls at the reception Giada, Roberta F., Rocco and Antonio. Professional, fast, available, and every week always ready to welcome me with a smile.

I can consider my stay here as 4stars.
This is my first time staying at NH group hotels and it was great.
The staff were friendly specially Rocco, the guy who checked me in. I got an early check-in and everything was good.
The location is really good if you like to walk as it will take you almost 25 min to reach the centre of milan.
You have a supermarket next to you (5 min) walking.
Starbucks is 10 min walking.
There is a park next to you.

I would recommend the hotel if you are stay for short trip in Milan.

Although it is the typical first modern hotel with black and white colors, I found the room very comfortable and perfectly equipped-.The location, ideal for me, between the central station and a short walk to the Plaza del Duomo.Accommodating breakfast even if you have to Serve coffee yourself.

I am a fan of this hotel chain. Sufficiently spacious room with a very comfortable bed with a large LCD TV. Very good breakfast. As a minuscule can be found that there was no coffee in the room, the toiletries were fewer than the NH Florence, all the TV channels did not work. The location is near Republic metro station and 2.1 km from the Dom.

Don't take this hotel: low value for money and bad service.

I'm very dissatisfied with the service of this hotel. I stayed for 9 nights on a business trip. I chose the hotel since they have a reward program (new customer). the hotel quality is not in line with the price: old rooms, no decorations, no luxury (no bathrobe, no complimentary tea/coffee, small beds, only one towel etc.) though i paid up to 190 Euros per night. On top of that, they tell me at checkout that I don't get the reward points since it's my first stay (while this was the reason to pick this hotel).

Hotel with good structure, good location. However, I forgot a cell phone charger in the room on the last day of the stay but left the luggage to be picked up at the end of the day. They probably cleaned the room and did not return the porter.

We have just arrived from there and it is a highly recommended hotel, magnificent attention, the rooms always clean and very welcoming, the polite staff and always with a smile on their lips, the varied and very rich buffet breakfast, especially the juice area, 10 minutes walk from the central train station of Milan and 5 from the metro really, which is a very very good option

I only stayed overnight at this hotel for one night, unfortunately. Great everything, starting from the pleasant surprise on our arrival, thanks to the management, when they told us of an upgrade so instead of a standard room we had a junior suite. Excellent clean, very comfortable room, great kindness at the reception, great breakfast, delicious lunch and maitre and very discreet and friendly staff ... what to say? I'll have to go back to Milan and I will have no doubts about where to stay, because in a strategic position between the center and station, near the subway entrance. Last consideration, not to be underestimated if you are a woman and you travel alone, a quiet area ... my colleague and I went out for dinner and we had no problem.

Mediocre. Poor breakfast and something recycled from the days before, all supported by the bar but for a coffee you have to use an automatic machine. In the bathroom there is a practically open bathtub and when you shower you bathe everything. In addition, the toilet immediately behind the door is rather uncomfortable especially if you are in 2 or more in the room. On cleaning nothing to say, both the rooms and the hotel in general we found it clean. Friendly and helpful.

Hotel located in a strategic position close to both the central station and the center. With large, modern and bright rooms. Prepared and courteous staff. Hearty breakfast also rich in fresh fruits, also on Sundays and public holidays you can have breakfast until 12:00. If we go back to Milan we will definitely stay at this property also for rappotto price. The hotel restaurant is also recommended.

Good evening to all, I stayed at this property in October 2012, unfortunately, contrary to what was assured by friends, I had to see that I had probably caught the same room in some photos of 2011 (as you can see by seeing those attached by me). Overall the room is good, the bed is quite comfortable and quite quiet. Unfortunately, considering we're talking about a 4-star property, I must note the mold problem in the bathroom, the tv quite antiquated and with few channels and the onsite restaurant that offers good food but below its standard, while the breakfast is good . We really hope that they give a touch to some details to fall into the category to which they belong, rating 6 less. Greetings.

Nice clean rooms, big TV in the room, good bathrooms. The free Wi-Fi is pretty slow but you can pay to upgrade. Decent location.
