They weren't very busy when we walked in, but service was super slow and the food wasn't very good. Won't be back.

Awesome Place !! Excellent Wings Baby !!!!! Margarita glasses could be larger for the price though. They need a 2 for 1 special on Margaritas.
Love this place. They remodeled and now have roll up doors leading to the outside. Great way to being the outdoor entertaining space inside. Food is always great.
If you want a true Buffalo NY style Pizza or wings this is the place to go. Food is amazing and worth the cost. Friendly staff
Great wings and good pizza, albeit a bit greasy. But hey, it's pizza! Went with my boyfriend for the first time Monday. Among their specials was one called "Game Day Special" or something. That's what we ended up getting. A large 1-topping pizza & 3lbs of wings for just $32! We had leftovers, of course, but couldn't resist such a screaming deal! There's a Johnny Mac's app on Android & iOS (our server didn't realize it was on Android now too, but I found it there). Instant reward for downloading was a free draft or well drink!
Atmosphere is dark, loud, and friendly. It's very sports-oriented and pub-like, with NFL team flags draped across the entirety of the ceiling, baseball memorabilia, and TVs everywhere! I swear I had a view of at least 7 screens from my seat alone! There is a bar, of course, but several families w/children were present. All seemed to be having a good time.
The staff was incredibly friendly & helpful, especially the busboy whom I'm certain went beyond his job duties to ensure our every need was met.
The option for twice-baked wings ($1.50 upcharge) is the way to go by my opinion! I believe they're cooked, sauced, then run through the pizza oven (an old trick we used at my 1st job at a pizza joint as a kid). The result is non-messy, flavorful, juicy wings, with the sauce baked on! The boyfriend, always a voice of dissent, however, thinks he'd have preferred the regular wings. I can't blame him, though. He likes his wings as he likes his woman- saucy! To each his own, I've gathered.
Lastly, there are 3 large roll-up garage doors lining the front wall of the restaurant. I hear they open these up in nice weather to accommodate patio seating. The valley got some awfully strong wind the day we went, unfortunately. I'd love to come on a day when the weather's ideal & the place is opened up! It'd remind me of growing up in the beach cities.
Friendly staff and good food overall a good experience, would go again..
The quick and dirty:
Great service, friendly and kicked back atmosphere. Good wings but better pizza.
My narrative:
The parking is pretty tight as it's next to the very busy Smith's grocery store. we went in the evening which didn't seem like the best idea as it was way more packed.
The service was friendly, definitely a neighborhood place, I believe it's locally owned and operated and you can tell the wait staff is happy to be at work.
There are definitely more than enough seating, with social distancing in mind, it was like a bar and grill you see on the TV, you know one of those places that you wish to visit one day.
Their menu is affordable and it covers everything from non-alcoholic beverages to alcoholic beverages, from pizza, pastas, wings, and traditional Italian food. The daily specials look pretty affordable and so was the food, for example they have something called the Henderson which is a large one topping pizza, and I think 5 lb of wings for around 40 bucks or so.
I especially like the fact that they're are kid-friendly.
Good food. Good service. Would dine there again next time we're in town.
Good ol' fashioned hendertucky bar food. Great wings and fingers.
Service was a little slow and inattentive, but the pizza was amazing.
John does it right! Specials are awesome and the place is always packed. Great menu with lots of options!
They've recently renovated. And the food was always great.
Food and service was good. Definitely one of our favorite places to come eat
Always a great place to eat. Everyone is always in such a great mood here. Customers and staff.
Awesome food and friendly staff owner treats his customers well gave my kids a flag off the wall
It was ok the wings are over priced and the service was just ok for being in Vegas.
I was here to watch a Bills game after doing some research of the area's backers bars and I ended up going with this place. I was not disappointed. The Buffalo roots of this place is evident with the game day menu. The pizza was fantastic and there was plenty of labatt. While their site may not mention being open for kickoff, they definitely were. Plenty of Bills fans were present and personally I enjoyed the fact that it is a smoke free establishment. A nice break from all the casinos. Worth the effort to get here to watch a game.
Awesome food. A little wait on sports night. The food is worth it.
I ve been to many wing places in the Vegas area and I ve yet to find a place with better wings. If you eat in you ll find the food fresh and delicious. It gets busy but the servers are really nice here. Notice the complaints are mainly for take out. People order food and pick it up an hour after it s ready. What do you expect? Don t listen to these morons. Dine in and give an honest review.
Great service!! Great food!! The wings there are the best I have had anywhere.
Went here today with a co workers. We had 6 people in our party, We ordered drinks. all Non-Alcoholic drinks came about 5 minutes after ordering. The few alcoholic drinks were NEVER even put into the system. We found this out when one in our party went to the bar to see where our drinks were. We sat around and drank and talked shop and about 20 minutes after drinks were first served we wanted to order food. We tried to flag down our waiter (who we still were not sure who it was) we kept getting passed from person to person. About 20 minutes after (almost a full hour after we came in) we finally got a waitress to come over and take our order. I will never be back nor will anyone in our party be back.
Wow. Not the best at all. The first pizza we had was just about okay. So we decided to try it again. Bad mistake. The second one was terrible. Was nothing but grease. Will never go there again. The cost is quite high also.
Ordered take out, waited for over 5 minutes before order was taken. Amount was 46 dollars for two linguini and clams and 2 bowls of clam chowder. Worth it? Nope. Food was substandard and service was horrible. As I went in to get the food, lady in the front asked other customers if they needed help, then just looked at me and walked away. I have lived in Henderson since 1989 and I have yet to have a good experience in this place. Most of the customers seemed to be friends of the staff and was given priority over the other customers. What a way to push people away. Its also nice to watch the staff punk people as they walk in by staring them down. I get it, only hardened criminals and friends of the staff are welcome, all others stay away. No worries, last night is the final time I will ever give this place a chance. Dueces to Johnny Macs forever, never again. Tip for management: Stop hiring family and friends and hire more customer oriented staff.
Very disappointed with the food. Being from Buffalo I ordered a sub which was actually a 6 inch hoagie. Hardly any meat on it. The bread and fries were good.
The wait is slow, for sure. Waited an hour, while other groups went ahead of us... questioned the hostess, and she made a comment that there was no more pizza. After an hour of waiting, we got beers and still a wait. Finally sat, then ordered, had a great service and food, but I left about 15wings on the table on accident, and only about 10mins later, I called, and she laughed and said she doesn't see a box full of wings but a cheeseburger. Def. A dishonest co-workers, with the hostess having an attitude, makes it hard for us to go back with our overall experience.
Way over priced for food that isn't really good. Always hurts my stomach and most of the staff have a bad attitude. I ate there frequently out of convenience but never again.
Beautiful bar and restaurant. Great food and the best cold draft beer. Great experience!
I've been to Johnny Mac's on multiple occasions and it's never disappointed. The food here is always amazing, and the service is just the same. The pizza is amazing and so are the wings.
Service was terrific. The food was fresh and tasty.
I'm a beer n wings kind of girl. My husband and I have been looking for fantastic wings and so far... These hit the spot. I wish they were more adventurous with their flavors but.. the wings were big, juicy, flavors were good, beer was on special due to the Knights playing. It is a bar, so no kids but.....special note*** get the wings double baked!!! So good Will be going back for sure.
This used to be my favorite place but it's just too crowded. Went there a fee weeks ago and put my name on the waiting list and gave my phone number but I was never called. We went across the street to sunset pizza. Good food overall from past experiences but not accessible and not ran in an organized way.
Very surprised about the quality of the food. Had the fish on Friday and it was great.
Excellent, great food, awesome service, and very friendly and fun atmosphere and a big plus, Very Affordable. I only wish we had tried it sooner.
Been ordering from here for a very long time (10 years)! In my opinion, it is the best pizza and wings in the Henderson/Las Vegas area. Pizza and Wings for MMA fights, football games, or any such small event have always been great to quickly pickup and swing back home. The inside has been remodeled recently, although I don't eat inside too often. Johnny Mac's is what i think of when I think of pizza/wings!
Great place. Extremely friendly staff. Awesome specials. Extremely busy. Order pizza and wings extra crispy.
Pulled the old bait and switch. Had 1 price in the menu and then charged me 5 dollars more for the food. Pizza is really greasy. Put 40 dollars in the machine and they'd only give me 1 beer. Not going back
Been coming here for ages and my only issue is the food. Roast beef on weck taste like a few days old beef being served on a sandwich. Pastrami is so salty and needs to be cut thin not thick . Watermelon bbq wings is not the same .
Been there twice and was bad both times. Bad luck or bad food?
