For as many dozens of times I've visited for lunch or dinner, sheer odds are I'd have at least one poor experience over the years but I honestly can't recall a time they got any part of my order wrong, weren't there to fill my iced tea before I had to ask or erred on my bill. Even today while waiting for take out, Johnny himself put a bowl of his homemade chicken soup in front of me and not a soup guy, it was the best chicken noodle soup I'd ever had. It's the place I go when I want a good meal fast and unencumbered by anyone or anything. I know I'm not alone, I just wish Johnny could open a couple more around town.

Great place, great service if they're not totally packed & good service if they are. Long time Henderson business because the food is great! Kid friendly before late nights. Maybe a tiny bit pricey but not for the large portions you get.

My husband and I came here Monday night. They were going to close early and we were the last ones in the door. The menu is impressive, and after having the food we tried last night I want to go back. I had the california burger and my husband had roast beef on weck with a starter of jalapeno poppers. We loved it! It was all made fresh to order, was nice and hot, and delicious. My only warning, my husband got horseradish sauce. It is mixed in house, and it is STRONG! Like kick you in the teeth until you feel your brain melt strong. My husband loved this, but even he had to back off of how much he ate. I understand some people wouldn't like that, so be warned. But we loved this place and we will be back!

I think this is some of the best pizza in Las Vegas. It's always super busy, the food is delicious, and the people are very friendly. I think they make their ranch and blue cheese dressings in-house because both are thick and creamy. Prices are on the spendy side but it's definitely worth the cost and the wait.

A blanket of "cozy" enveloped me as I entered. The feel of an old-world pub with plenty of seating. The friendliest of staff makes me want to return soon and linger for a time soaking in the atmosphere and washing away cares if the outside world.

Came here with family. My mom recommended this place said it was pretty good. Looks like your ordinary sports bar restaurant place. Nothing too fancy or anything but that's how I like it. When we got there we were greeted right away and seated at a table. In what is kind of a second level. It's really just a couple steps up but nice.

After we were seated the waitress took our drink order and was promptly back with huge cups with our drinks in them I had a diet coke . I ordered the California burger it came out quickly and boy was it it Fabulous! I wasn't expecting to be so impressed by the food and the fries were great too! I love a place that can do fries right.

I highly recommend giving this joint a try everyone else at the table was very pleased with all there food too. I am definitely coming back!

"Where everybody knows your name." This is where my husband and I go each weekend. The medium and hot wings, double baked are amazing. The food is certainly not the bar food one would expect. The food is full of flavor. On Friday nights one can get New England clam chowder soup. I highly recommend it. In reading the other posts, I can verify that on the weekend evenings you will have to wait 20-30 minutes for a table. My husband and I enjoy the food so much, we don't mind the wait. The staff is friendly. I am thinking that some other people that posted caught the staff short handed. The staff is always asking to refill drinks and brings food out in a descent amount of time. The staff can improve on getting the table the bill in a timely manner. Pizza and wings to go are great for game nights at home. Johnny Mac's even has a reward program. How many small restaurants have that?

I will start by saying that we did show up with a very large group. All together we had a little over 20 people. We heard good things about this place so we decided to give it a try. We expected a little bit of a wait and preparation since we did show up unexpected. The place was not very busy. Unfortunately after a 10 min wait we were told to sit at tables that were still dirty. Lettuce, Jalepenio, sauce, not just a little dirty. We were patient, we still did not have silverware or menus. We waited and waited and waited until finally we received menus (table was never cleaned). Not even 3 minutes after a different server shows up for our order. We tried to hurry and decide what we all wanted and he stood there with the most annoyed and irratated look on his face. We ordered and our drinks finally arrived. Once our food came out, we had still not received silverware or napkins and all our drinks were empty. The servers were in to much of a rush to ask them for anything. When we did ask them for our silverware and napkins and refills they got annoyed. Not good customer service at all. We were ignored, forgotten, and treated as a nausance. The reason this place received any stars at all from me is because the food was actually delicious. Props to the cooks, but service needs much improvement.

Not homemade!

Not homemade!
The fact that there are 200 items on the menu should be a tipoff that they just nuke it rightout of the freezer

Ok. Maybe 200 is an exaggeration. But the menus is very large. So saying something is "homemade" is questionable.

The "homemade" meatloaf was very dry slab of something that tasted like cardboard.

The other insult was that they add a mandatory 20% server tip. I was expecting maybe a resort fee as well.

I also had the opportunity to eat their chicken, and it was delicious! The skin was crunchy and again their flavors were spot on. The chicken included celery, but I wish it included carrots. I also ate pasta that had white wine and clam. I enjoyed this meal. It wasn't the best though, I couldn't really taste the wine and it seemed oily. However, the amount of clam that was given was generous, and it included two pieces of garlic bread.

Amazing spot here. Tough describe, but it s an easy mix between beloved local bar, local dive bar, hearty family restaurant that still has an incredible menu and excellent service. The pizza brings me right back to the East Coast and the wings are absolutely incredible. I LOVE a good night at Johnny Mac s..

This place is loud and cramped even fir a sports bar. As far as a taste of Buffalo, not so much! Wings are greasy and no sauce, the antipasto had odd selection of ingredients and was just so so.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Tried eating there on a wednesday when they have their pizza special. It was busy as expected so we checked in and were told it would only be a short wait which was fine. While waiting they seated 2 groups of people that came in after us because they apparently knew them. And no they don't take reservations. After about 45 min we left and they couldn't come up with an explanation as to why they seated the other groups of people. Will never try to eat there again even though we live just down the street. Just one more unprofessional dickweed owner in the Vegas valley.
