Great wings and good pizza, albeit a bit greasy. But hey, it's pizza! Went with my boyfriend for the first time Monday. Among their specials was one called "Game Day Special" or something. That's what we ended up getting. A large 1-topping pizza & 3lbs of wings for just $32! We had leftovers, of course, but couldn't resist such a screaming deal! There's a Johnny Mac's app on Android & iOS (our server didn't realize it was on Android now too, but I found it there). Instant reward for downloading was a free draft or well drink!

Atmosphere is dark, loud, and friendly. It's very sports-oriented and pub-like, with NFL team flags draped across the entirety of the ceiling, baseball memorabilia, and TVs everywhere! I swear I had a view of at least 7 screens from my seat alone! There is a bar, of course, but several families w/children were present. All seemed to be having a good time.

The staff was incredibly friendly & helpful, especially the busboy whom I'm certain went beyond his job duties to ensure our every need was met.

The option for twice-baked wings ($1.50 upcharge) is the way to go by my opinion! I believe they're cooked, sauced, then run through the pizza oven (an old trick we used at my 1st job at a pizza joint as a kid). The result is non-messy, flavorful, juicy wings, with the sauce baked on! The boyfriend, always a voice of dissent, however, thinks he'd have preferred the regular wings. I can't blame him, though. He likes his wings as he likes his woman- saucy! To each his own, I've gathered.

Lastly, there are 3 large roll-up garage doors lining the front wall of the restaurant. I hear they open these up in nice weather to accommodate patio seating. The valley got some awfully strong wind the day we went, unfortunately. I'd love to come on a day when the weather's ideal & the place is opened up! It'd remind me of growing up in the beach cities.
