I can't say enough about this company. My roommate brought home bedbugs on a suitcase and I was beside myself. The person I spoke to named Jerry on 3 occasions calmed me down and talked me thru the whole process and assured me that they would resolve my issue and it seems they have. The 2 employees that came out were professional and also reassured me that what they would do should rectify my problem. I also was given a 3 month guarantee included in the price that I hope I won't have to use. THANK YOU ALL! Dawn M J
