We are redoing our home with Anderson windows in phases and Chris has been there all three times and we will continue to go back as we complete the specialty windows and front door. Chris always gets back to us we don t even have to go into the store he works with us through phone and email it s so convenient since we know what we want now after our first in store visit. Chris has made this very easy for us.

Lumber options seem pretty good but customer service is lacking. I stopped in on a Saturday morning to get prices on lumber for a couple of chairs. I asked about some teak and western red cedar and was told that I have to call back Monday to get a quote because it is all milled to ordered. I appreciate that but I don t see why being able to give me a quote based on the cut list I have in my hand should be a problem OR offering to take a copy of my cut list and my contact information and offer to get back to me later in the week with a quote. Instead the expectation is the customer take time out of their work week to work around John s Lumber schedule.

Service is great and products are ample. My only problem was the price of a sheet of plywood seemed to change in a week. I was quoted 110 for a sheet of cherry, but was charged 137 when I purchased it.

Lady at the door told me i had to wear a mask and she didnt even have hers on she had it pulled down to her chin. Makes me wonder if she really cares.. No other complaints this place is great!
