Between my wife boys and I we bought 8 pairs of socks. Every pair had a whole in it after a few rides. Thier socks this year were super cheap compared to years passes. We were really disappointed in the poor quality.
Having met many staff members at Hyperthreads I knew I would be going to them to custom print shirts for my business. They were quick at creating a design that worked with my logo. They even customized a patch on the sleeve from a photo I sent them. The shirts were received in a reasonable time and look great. If you need custom graphics and can't decide what to create their designers are a huge help.

Best kit our team has had hands down. This is our second season in Hyperthreads kit and I can honestly say these are so comfy and well made. Not a stitch has come loose on any of my kits from last year and I put thousands of miles on them. Brilliant quality 5 big stars.
First class biking and other gear and first class people. I have only ever had great experiences with the different gear I have accumulated from Hyperthreads. I always feel like I'm a friends when I am working with the people here too.
You can only buy from their store or online. Their website is clunky and does not tell you what they're out of until your choosing a size. This makes finding something a pain. The website struggles.to work on my phone and when I call during business hours no one answers. I do own a pair of their bibs and they're pretty good, but getting another maybe out of the question.
Great helpful service found exactly what I needed. Really good products pretty unbeatable, absolutely amazing for mountain biking would definitely recommend them and their products! Loved it
Excellent customer service and the products look amazing. I got there 10 minutes before close. They stayed late and spent over an hour and a half with me educating me on each item and the benefits of each. I tried on many other brands, and these felt the best for sure. I can't wait to use my new clothing, ...and I will be back for more!

I'm disappointed in the service that we have/have not recieved. They lost my son's order and promised they would have it ready and shipped by the first NICA race. Well the first race has come and gone. We are approaching the second race without recieving the kit or any explanation from hyper threads.
I have several pieces of Hyperthreads kit. They are amazing! Well thought out design, really nice fabrics and chamois, great custom team kit looks as well as having really classy looking non-customized retail kit. Go get yourself some!
