I am going to give them a 3 star rating because I have been there twice and had 2 different experiences as far as the meal is concerned. My first time there was fabulous, food, service, setting..everything was just about perfect. My second time there was on valentine's day and it was busy...very busy. And maybe that is why they fell short.. I won't make that mistake again though. This time everything was perfect again except for the main course. I ordered a filet medium rare and my husband ordered a ribeye medium rare. When my steak came it was well done not juicy at all, and my husbands came out rare. For the price you pay the expectation should match it. Thankfully I ordered au jus on the side to dip my mushrooms in, because that is what saved my steak from being so dried out.. Yes I will go back but never on a holiday time when they are going to be overly busy...the cooks obviously can't handle it.

Was here for a dinner for a work related function. The popovers we're incredible. Salmon was delicious with great homey sides of roasted veggies and potatoes. I would describe it more as a supper club which is a compliment as the food made me feel like I was at a high end supper club. Great experience.

A fantastic super club. It hits on all the important themes of a super club such as amazing food, old time feel and excellent service. We really enjoyed our meal. It is the first restaurant that I have ever seen that serves raw beef and onion. It was awesome!

Food was cold. Prime rib was salty to the point of being inedible. Waiter brought the wrong drink. Do not plan to return. Not impressed. $250 price tag for 4 people for a meal that was sub-par. Atmosphere was not inviting nor relaxing.

I had a gift card to burn and I spent it all here. I do not feel sad about it. The waiter we had in the bar area ( we were unable to be seated in the actual restaurant area) was just awesome. He made the whole experience even better than I expected. We got the cheese curds which were awesome. We did steak dinner for two, which the steak was definitely enough for two people, the side was a single side so that really wasn't enough for two people. But there was a mishap and they act had two accidentally bring us two sides. So we left feeling extremely full. Our waiter was also very knowledgeable about wine and drinks and drinking them was great but talking about what to order and what we were looking for was also almost better than drinking the drinks

My wife and I went to the restaurant with great expectations, it being a Bartolatta establishment. While the decor was fine, the food quality was just OK. The presentation of food was underwhelming with the items ordered just sitting on the plate, not placed with care for visual appeal and garnishes were lacking to set the food off. For the cost of the foods ordered I would expect better. Would we go again? Probably not, as there are better restaurants.

This supper club exceeded expectations in theme, decor, food and service. Not that I expected it to be poor, I simply really enjoyed the entire experience. The throw back supper club theme is fun. Waiters in white jackets, pickled appetizers, and martinis. Yes. Price was about $50/ person, and will be worth the occasional big event splurge.... Like any time I can possible get there!

Had dinner her last Saturday night and it was great!! Our waitress, Brittane was fantastic! The steaks were delicious and melted in our mouths. He had the Porterhouse and I had the petite fillet and both exceeded our expectations. Great atmosphere! Felt like going back in time with old school steak house feel. We will definitely go back!!

Amazing place! My wife and I go there on our nights we have free and have never had a bad meal. We tryed sitting in the bar area this past time and found we actually like it more than the dining area. You seemed to be less rushed.

I loved everything about this place. The decor, the food, the ambiance. It's good for so many occasions. Classy supper club style. I can't wait to go back and try other things on the menu.

My wife and I went here and had a full meal. Appetizer, soup, steak, loaded potatoes and brandy old fashion sweets. Drinks were too strong for both of us. Food did not have a lot of taste. The service was great! The atmosphere was upscale but relaxed which we enjoyed. We felt the pricing was high. This meal was $150.00 we will not be going back. We will go to Chances in Rochester. Food is way better, prices are less, and the drinks are better. The atmosphere is old supper club. Jeans, shorts, type of casual.

Great service, but the food seems subpar for the price and expected quality of the restaurant group. My wife had the Steak Diane, the cut didn't feel like prime and was as good as what we've made at home. I had a steak with scallops, but again the for the price I was left wanting more.

I'd rather go to one of Bartolotta's other restaurants like Ristorante or Lake Park Bistro. Those locations are similarly priced, but they come with an experience.

Great supper club traditional fare but with care. First class service and a staff who will make it happen. I got to see the Josper oven. Drinks are generous. Joey sundae was just plain delicious. Off the beaten path. Make reservations and enjoy. Quality costs money. Great after dinner drinks.

My wife and I had dinner before a MSO performance. We never go to restaurants like this and since we had a gift certificate to a Bartolatta's restaurant, we thought we would go here for a nice meal before the symphony.

My wife had the twin lobster tails. I had the venison special. The food was great from the relish tray to desserts we had. The carrot cake is so very moist. I personally did not like the frosting, but I do not like any frosting, so I am gong to leave the judgement of the carrot cake frosting to others who do like frosting. My wife felt the second lobster tail and butter cooled a little too quick. For me, the venison was cooked exactly like I would want any red meat cooked, the spinach was incredible (I hate cooked spinach -- this was phenomenal), and the cooked tomatoes were so good I thought about asking for some for dessert.

My one and only complaint of this restaurant is the naming of the drinks. For the James Bond fans out there, Joey Gerard's has the "Vesper" martini on the menu. They do not use the same ingredients as outlined in Fleming's Casino Royale. I do not think any one in the US can use the same ingredients as Fleming outlined. I do wish that the menu had the "Vesper" name. If I had not researched the martini I would not have known that "Jpey's Martini" is a variation of the "Vesper." This is the only place I have found in the Milwaukee area to serve this martini. It was delicious!

Our bill came to abut $110.00. We had a healthy gift card. I would have to say, though, that I would think it was worth it without the gift card.

Go to the restaurant. I think it is the best of all the Bartolotta restaurants.

I really enjoy this place, it's a great supper club and the food is pretty good, they do some things ok, then others are top notch. Steaks are probably the best choice there. I personally think the service is the best part of this place, staff there is always amazing.

Annual birthday celebration location. Great food, service, and atmosphere. Have yet to have as bad experience. One of our favorite places to go. Really good fish fry. Already planning another visit.

Made a reservation. Seated immediately upon arrival. Served rolls and a relish tray shortly after. My 7 year old granddaughter ate all the carrot medallions. Reinforcements arrived soon after. Ordered Southern Comfort Old Fashioned Sweet which was served with muddled cherries and an orange - excellent. Try the raw beef and onions! Had no fear enjoying that at Joey Gerard's! My granddaughter ordered cheese curds which had a light, crisp coating - absolutely yummy. She ordered steak from the children's menu, which she ate with fervor.

My filet was superb - medium rare, tender, smoked in their special oven, more flavorful than other restaurants. Joey's special baked potato - whipped potato, bacon, chives, cheese, sour cream in a crispy potato skin. I couldn't finish my dinner, but my daughter-in-law didn't leave any of her filet.

My granddaughter's meal came with a chocolate sundae topped with whipped cream and a cherry. My daughter-in-law (and I) enjoyed her birthday strawberry shaum torte - compliments of our server, Jody.

Excellent service. Overall - our experience EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS!

Unfortunately had a very bad experience! Had the prime rib and it was Terrible. Very odd taste, and could not eat it. Waitress was apologetic and took it off our bill but I was disappointed as it was our anniversary

The service here was amazing! Within 4-5 minutes of walking in the door we were seated and given warm bread, veggies and water. Our food was delicious! I have never had a more flavorful steak, the way it was cooked gave it a very unique flavor that I loved. Our servers name was Sarah and she was very informative about the food and how it's cooked. She was fast and friendly! I never leave a review but after that experience I felt obligated. We can't wait to go back!

In the light of covid,it is an endeavor to "venture out" but in expectation of excellence ..it's worth it because we all deserve a treat!!! Joey Gerard's did not let us down!! Food, service, drinks, above and beyond, with no feeling of imposing on the occasion.Masks on during service and off while dining, quite simple. Jody was our server, and so knowledgeable and informative about the menu items and cocktails.ALL of our meal selections were awesome. As were the cocktails Jody suggested ,( I loved the side car) WONDERFUL time ,food drinks, and service! Can't wait to come back, but willake sure to ask for Jody!!
