Another fantastic Bartolotta restaurant. They execute the Wisconsin Supper Club style well. Food (especially steaks and pickled vegetables) and staff are top notch as you can expect at any Bartolotta's restaurant.

Decent drinks and atmosphere, but food was below average at best, making this place disappointingly overpriced.

I brought my family here, some out of town and have not experienced a super club atmosphere. I wish I would have looked at the reviews. Service was slow. It took more than 30 minutes to get our orders. I had an $18 steak sandwich, which included minimal steak underneath the to mound of deep fire unions. Others steaks were over cooked and did not live up to our waiter s description.

Maybe a place for an expensive drink and happy hour as the ambience is decent, but the food and service fails to live up to this mark.

Staff was very friendly and helpful with questions. Their house blend Manhattan was incredible. No complaints or things to improve upon. Great place for quiet dinner with friends and family or for a work dinner which is what we did.

My wife and I enjoyed an evening out for dinner. We were greeted by the wonderful service from the staff. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the food is absolutley perfectly prepared. My steak melted in my mouth, wonderful flavors. Thankyou so very much for a wonderful evening and look forward to coming back again.

I really feel sorry for people in Wisconsin. I know it's hard to find people to work. It's also hard for people who cook at a restaurant and not know the fine dinning experience as a customer. I'm from Hawaii, lived in Bali, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Paris,Spain,Guatemala, England. I have eaten food from mom and pop to extreme fine dining. The service was perfect. My fresh caught salmon was over cooked and fishy. The $50 ribeye was so salty had a small potatoe with a small portion of over cooked veggies. So unbalanced. For the price , $147 plus tip for two I'd expect a food drunk where I go home with my other half and ...... He told me I could do it better and I agreed. You have a beautiful atmosphere and honestly that's what we paid for. I feel like your taking advantage of people who don't know what real quality is since this city has very few honorable establishments. You have a fine company with a strong backbone. Invest, take your chefs to places to experience food and culture. Set a path for this state! I was happy to have a bottle of wine that wasn't hot! Exposed to sun and heat. You also had a wonderful tawny, that your server had no idea what I was asking for. Your workers are your family. Embrace them and take them on a food journey. I've lived her for 9 years and always wanted to visit your establishment, finally I did ,$170 and I couldn't be more disappointed.

Phoned in an order of 2 fish fry s for take out Was told 25 minutes. Got there on time and the place was packed. Waited inside. Nice place. After 45 minutes it was finally done. Fish, fries, and coleslaw. $40 total . It was delicious, but on the pricey side. I would have rated 5 stars if it wasn t slow service. I will do it again.

Had a nice dinner outside on a perfect summer evening. The food was good. Good enough that I'd like to come back to try their specialty next time, that being steak.

Now granted, fish fry may not be their thing. But it being Friday night, I am always looking to find a new, "best" fish fry. It was... okay. Gasthaus is still the king, IMHO.

But the service was good, as were the other items we ordered.

Classic Supper Club feel complete with relish trays, hand mixed cocktails, excellent staff, and top notch food. Great for a quick bite in the bar if you want, or a multi-course date night dinner in the dining room.

The fact that they have Ritz crackers in their bread basket sold it for me. But the bone in ribeye was cooked to perfection and melt in your mouth, the spinach and red potatoes were to die for, the Bananas Foster ice cream... hello! And the interior, our waiter Alex, and the company I had myself... truly a magical night. Will be going again, totally worth it.

Steak o.k., but did not like it butterflied. Bar tender much to interested in the regulars then the rest of the bar. Poor excuse for mushrooms. Much better at other steak houses. Overall an average steak house.

The Easter Brunch here is rather nice. Jody, our waiter began by asking if we'd like Eggs Benedict and Mimosas. Yes please.
Buffet items were wonderful with the exception of the beef which was dry.
The dry beef didn't detract from the pleasant dining experience or outstanding service.
Will definitely go back and will certainly request Jody!

Joey Gerard's is one of my favorite resturaunts anywhere. The food and drinks are outstanding, and although I get the filet oscar virtually every time, I've enjoyed everything else that I have tried. You will not be disappointed!

For being a high-end restaurant, I was not impressed with the food or the atmosphere for that matter. I won't be coming back here. I was seriously disappointed with Joey Gerard's because I love all the other Bartolotta restaurants I've been to and continue to go back to. However, Joey Gerard's is one Bartolotta restaurant that I will definitely be not recommending.

The food is overpriced for what you get. We started out at the bar. Service was great. Drinks were expensive. Once we were seated they brought us bread and a small relish plate. It doesn't look anything like the relish plate on the website but it was very good and plenty for us (carrots, celery, radishes, pickles, and a green onion). We both ordered a cup of French onion soup. It was expensive for the amount you get and the cheese was a bit burned. Gruyere and Swiss get bitter if burned. The soup was very good though. My husband got a bay leaf in his. This should always be removed before serving. For our entree, we both ordered the prime rib for $37.00 and it was served with creamy mashed potatoes and a meaty prime rib bone. The rib bone tasted as if all the flavor had been boiled out of it. It would have been better seasoned and slow roasted. The mashed potatoes were very creamy and tasty. The prime rib was just okay. I've had better for a lower price. We enjoyed the ambience of Joey's and the service was excellent. Our waitress, Kim, was very attentive.

I feel like even though this is a Bartolotta restaurant they don't quite live up to my expectations. Food is just ok. My Mahi Mahi was under cooked. Service is exceptional but food needs to be brought up a level to warrant those prices.

Great place to eat! Just the resturant is cold and the food takes a while, but that's understanding because you know the places that usually take longer have the best foods! ( and it shows that they actually made it from scratch unlike some other places.)

Delicious food and great service from Jody! Food was timely and the options and pairing as always are great from a Bartolotta set up. Being. First timer here, expectations were obviously high after dining at most other sister restaurants. The location is quaint and the setting well done. I did however feel it was not as intimate as some of the other locations as the set up has much larger and undivided spaces.

Very good food, very good atmosphere, very friendly waiters and bartenders. The prices are high but the food and drinks are worth the price. My steak was cooked perfectly, and the drinks are very good. Happy hour is from 4:00 to 6:00. Great experience!

Taken here for my birthday, found their covid protocols over the top (waitress wouldn't even approach the table until everyone put their masks on - which got annoying)...additionally they hit every entree with a $4 covid fee. When I'm already paying $50 for a steak, that is just not ok. I've been a Bartalotta fan for decades, and always list Mr Bs as my favorite place to eat, but this was a very disappointing experience. Three of our party of six got prime rib, and only one of them was the quality I expect from Bartottas. Do better.

A steak lover who worked at a premier steak restaurant gives it 2 thumbs-up.

I've had 3 types of their steaks and would call all of them awesome... With one caveat. The Corner House(not the place I worked) in Racine still does a better Prime Rib. If PR is your thing, go to CH and look past the dated ambience, feel safe as they have off-duty Sheriffs guarding the lot and enjoy the 5 star PR(even as defined by New Yorker or NYT) as perhaps best PR in the world. Digressing, JG's steaks, service & sides are all top-notch. Depending on drinks and/or wines your tab will be $45-65/person.

We had gone for Easter brunch. The food was Okey alot of the food plates were empty (some got filled after a while) I had gotten eggs Bena and they had melted cheese on top not holinday sauce We will not go there again. The price is crazy we could have made it at home and enjoyed it more for quite a bit cheaper. The chicken was so dry it was like playing drums. The cheese potatoes were stuck in the pan. They had fruit out but not much. For 9 of us the bill was almost 500 wasn't worth it at all. My mom wanted to go there so we had saved up for 13 months to take her there with 8 others (ANGRY)

This was the best food that I have ever had at any fine dining restaurant. I give this place a 5 star rating for their food and how great that we were treated. Jeighson, our waiter was the best professional that I have ever been served by at any restaurant. We already plan on coming back about every 6 weeks.

We recently had a Holiday family dinner at Joey s and wanted to share our wonderful experience. One of many highlights was the Duck which several had, and all agreed it was actually better than the Duck we all had at Lake Park Bistro just a few months ago. Hats off to Executive Chef Kyle for a great preparation! Our server Jody was very professional, attentive and genuinely caring in the service he provided. Great job! Last, but not least I also wanted to thank Judy who is the General Manager at the Restaurant who always takes such good care of us every time we visit. It is always greatly appreciated.
