This place sucks and food is a total rip off. Pay big and get nothing. Will never go back.

Ate here three time's in the last year service was great and the food my wife and i ordered was fantastic.

I really love both the atmosphere and the food here. We have never been disappointed in all the years it has been open! It's fun to just go for a drink as well

Average. Reserved a table. Our server was nice but service was a bit slow. I'm not sure if it was because it was a Friday night. Many times we were looking for our server but she was nowhere to be found. Happy hour prices are good, but they should really add to their Happy Hour menu.

Service is always great. A bit pricey so not a restaurant you want to pop into weekly unfortunatley. Food is good.

Although it was a bit loud, food was very good. Service was also good, and they were very good with my allergy issue.

Super disappointed with the service. We sat for an hour while multiple servers walked by noticing our empty drinks. Finally left and went to the Keg.

I've been going for over a decade do a review is passed due. Food is always good and I love the comfortable patio and the cozy ambiance of both the restaurant and lounge. Though menu items come and go, I've never been disappointed

You know your on a roll when the manager comes over to tell you the frozen custard suppose to be chilled pie you had ordered 15 minutes ago is in the fire pizza oven defrosting....... Just awful service and they try and give you food poisoning

Food is great. Music is audible, but not loud enough to not be able to hear what others are saying. In the bigger tables, the noise can be a little too loud to hear someone on the other end. Food is not too expensive either. Had a fun time

The food quality is definitely sub-par compared to other locations. It was a busy Saturday night, however, I generally don't think that's a good excuse when plenty of other places can maintain standards. The calamari was doughy, to the point that a 7 yr old tried to strip all the batter off, but the pieces were so small and chewy. Half the sauteed mushrooms on my protein-style burger were raw, which isn't an issue for me since I love mushrooms, but shows the lack of attention to detail. And most everything, including the BBQ chicken wings, came to the table lukewarm. The Shirley Temples weren't even made well, with only a squirt of syrup and all orange juice. They kindly comped our calamari, but it was still a huge waste of $90. On a positive note, the wait time went from 30 minutes to 13, and their texting system for tables works great.

Edit: We appreciate the response and offer. Perhaps one day if we are in that neck of the woods again, we will take you up on it.

We went for a quick late dinner. We told the hostess for 2 and she said it would be about 15 minutes which was fine. There was no one if front of us in line and I noticed 3 empty tables already set up. After about 10 minutes we were seated. It's beyond me why we had to wait.
Waitress asks us what are we doing there. Really ! I was going to say that the wife needs a new pair of shoes what do you have. I can understand getting to know your customers but there are other ways of doing so. She missed part of my order and I had to ask for it. We sat by the slate wall and noticed a layer of dust on the ledges and cob webs on the wall. Not very appealing and what else do you not pay attention to cleanliness. Food was good.

We frequent this place. Always great service and a very good menu. Nice fine dining atmosphere inside too...

Been here a thousand times. Consistently good. Server's are awesome, professional and fast.

We were seated right away and they staff was great with the kids orders as well as diet restrictions. One of our faves.

My husband and daughter and I go here often. The quality of the food is outstanding and the staff are awesome. We went last night and were totally blown away by the staff. Our waitress was fantastic - she was cheerful, down to earth and just a total pleasure but she really blew us away when we told her we were finding out the gender of our baby that day and she played along and guessed what she thought it would be. (By the way she was right - A Girl!) She made the experience more personal and fun - Like someone we knew for a long time. Then she blew us away even more when as we were leaving, she made a point to ask the manager to come over and give us a gift card for dessert for our next visit as a congrats on the baby! WOW. I actually cried in the car as we left at the gesture - what a sweetheart!! Her name is Gabriell and she is a gem!! The manager was also lovely and super personable - They made us feel like part of the Joey family and said they couldn't wait for us to come back and let them know if it will be a boy or girl! Who does this?! Their kindness and attention to our special day will not be forgotten. I highly suggest this location! Very rare to find great atmosphere, fantastic high quality food and staff that do more than just serve - Staff that go above and beyond in making you feel at home and appreciated! If I could give 10 stars, I would!

Good food and Atmosphere but I arrived early and waited for the rest of my party but it took the server 10ish minutes to come back and grab the rest of the parties drinks after they sat down.

I would say that it is a very nice place, but not the first choice if you just want to have a decent meal for a affordable price.

hostess and waitress blatantly lied to us saying they would switch one of the tv's to the game. they waited 15 mins and for us to order drinks before telling us that they can't anymore. we missed a lot of the game and were played as fools

Is it Joey or should we still call it Joey's.
I call it Joey's even though it's slipped a bit.
It's still mostly fine though.

I love me a Keg burger but i have to say that Joey's burger game is strong...real strong.
The bun didn't fall apart, bacon was crispy(as ordered), was not greasy, you get the idea...

Great food. Prices are steep. Liquor prices are nuts!

I had the most wonderful experience at Joeys Crowfoot, I actually cried in the car when I left. My 3 year old was born with medical issues and for the past 3 years I haven t had the chance to go out for lunch on my own to have a break. Yesterday was my first lunch out and I wanted to go somewhere special... so I chose Joeys! Jared (I think he was the manager) brought me to my table and all I said to him (when he asked me about my day) was that I was a mom and had an hour to myself and was very excited. He was very personable and caring! My server, Bronte, was exceptional as well! She showed so much genuine excitement for me and made me feel so taken care of. What I didn t expect was for the manager and server to give me a glass of sparkling wine on them. I was blown away by the kindness, attentiveness, exceptional service and perfect lunch! Already I have told a number of my friends and family my experience at crowfoot joeys and I will be sharing this on Yelp, google, etc!

I am a regular with my friend and today the steak wasn't as tasty as it usually is. I'd like to thank the world that fantastic customer service and people like the manager "Bree" still exists. She made it all right and cared more about the customers experience than the money. It is because of her that I will come with more people next time.

Hadn't been in a few years, so decided to try before going to a movie. The rotisserie chicken was outstanding and the prices were fair. I will for sure be back soon.

So Joey's was at one point "the place to go". As was Earl's. Now we're faced with overpriced and mediocre food. I had their "Hand Pressed Burger" ($16.75 for a patty and lettuce with half slice of onion.)... And to be completely honest ... It was one of the most bland burgers I've had. No real flavor, and although the menu said it can come with cheese and bacon (additional $2 each) - who really believes a cheeseburger is worth $20.75? Now... Maybe if I found exceptional flavour and something special with presentation would it be worth $18; but that would be including all the toppings. I'm sorry Joey's... Value for dollar isn't there anymore, and the customer service is the same anywhere.

Disapointed there were minimal vegetarian options. And service was awful, our food and drinks were dropped off so quick we hardly had a chance to say thanks, staff is clearly not happy

No vegan options. No animal welfare regulations? No business!

The servers were punctual and nice and let our family just hang out and chat instead of being super rushy. Food was pretty tasty, we got the chicken burger with yam fries as well as the fish tacos and chicken tenders. Also, the Italian Warm Donuts for dessert were delicious! Prices are a bit high for lunch, but reasonable. Would recommend!

Back in the day this was the place to go in Crowfoot area. It has slipped a bit, due for an overhaul. Food was decent but not great, menu is now in plastic sheeting instead of on a board, decor is tired looking. Guessing they are focused on brand expansion and left this location behind.

Service was bad, went a 20 minute stretch without someone checking in and food was just okay.

Delicious food. Most of my group tried their selection of various fish dishes and they were lovely. Their patio is large and roomy. my girlfriend tried their lettuce wraps and sweet potato fries and was satisfied as well. Great staff

The food is always very tasty. The service is good . The wait time during service is mostly good but not consistent from time to time. If its busy in the dining room, you will wait a very long time for your food.

Yesterday I went in and no one greeted us at the door, even though the chefs were right in front of us they avoided eye contact. No big deal, so we sat ourselves. Fifteen minutes went by and no one came to our table, not even to acknowledge us. I tried to make eye contact with the servers but we were being completely ignored. This was very disappointing because I was looking forward to the food. All in all we got up and left, and even then nobody noticed we did.

The waitress was patient with my mess of a wino sister. Grin and bear it sometimes

Food was incredible, atmosphere was kindve cramped and noisy but overall pretty posh, service was great, definently a good first date locale.

Food was very good. The steak and sushi as well as the Katsu chicken were very tasty and had a beautiful presentation.

I felt we were ignored once our food was served. Never got a refill of our water glasses until we were ready to leave, and plates were sitting on the table for a good fifteen minutes before being cleared. Only reason I could see for this was we didn't order any alcohol, but don't feel that this choice should affect the service.

Staff were very friendly and the food was good. The ribs were very tender, they fell off the bone super easily! And the steak was sirloin steak was cooked to perfection (medium-rare). Definitely recommend!

Absolutely horrendous service was terrible, food was cold, service was dreadful they overcharged for meals sent back when we did get the food it was not good ribs were burnt chicken tasteless and then completely incompetent manager had no idea how to do a refund now i have to waste my time chasing for a refund. Ruined our night out.

Love the atmosphere. The gyoza is amazing as well as the calamari and herb crushed salmon!

Joey's has the perfect party room for events. It is a gorgeous room to the side near the entrance with a large table that seats about 16-20 people comfortably.
My Yellow Fin Tuna Salad was as delicious as it was was gorgeous when it was served to me.
The service was efficient and seamless with a variety of servers working to get our food to us quickly. All the staff were friendly and caring. I never felt abandoned for a second.
I won't hesitate to book another party here.

I have been a long time customer of this Joey's location and have never had such a poor experience in my life. The three stars represented are for the food because the taste and quality of it have always been good, but the service here today was absolutely horrendous. The only time my waiter came to my table was to take my orders (main and dessert) and to present the bill. He did not check up on us at all, not even so much as to fill our waters. When asked for suggestions he could not help. I am extremely disappointed with this experience. I will not be returning.

Beef dip was really good. I recommend dipping it in the gravy that you can get with the fries :)

I've always had exceptional service at JOEY Crowfoot. The food is also amazing! Never disappointed with my experience.

Amazing food and service! Their yam fries are crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside :)
