Visited on Saturday for dinner. Sat in the lounge.

Food was very good. The steak and sushi as well as the Katsu chicken were very tasty and had a beautiful presentation.

I felt we were ignored once our food was served. Never got a refill of our water glasses until we were ready to leave, and plates were sitting on the table for a good fifteen minutes before being cleared. Only reason I could see for this was we didn't order any alcohol, but don't feel that this choice should affect the service.
