The food was ok, steak was like warm and fries tasted stale.

Spectacularly underwhelming food, watery drinks and slow, borderline rude service at premium prices. If that is your thing, this is your place.

We had such an amazing experience at JOEY! This place is a 10 out of 10. Customer service is off the charts! Ty (Taylor) the bartender was superb with being supper attentive to all customers while maintaining endless conversations while she was handling multiple drink orders. The manager Cassidy was very knowledgeable and friendly.

The food and service were both very good. Strongly recommend for a dinner with the boys. Shelby was a phenomenal waitress.

Sat at the bar for solo dining. It was good. Food was good too. Was easy and spoke to another random diner who sat next to me. Was a good conversation. The bar has a side which opens to the outside so on pleasant evenings it can be nice.

Known for friendly wait staff and really good food, both of which were present in abundance.

Went to Joey with 3 friends. First we were seated at a table that was too large for 4 people to have a conversation at. 2 of us ordered coffee right away and it was cold. When it was replaced no extra sugar was given. The table was laid in front of us in a slovenly way. The waitress had zero personality, initiative or common sense. 3 of the meals were great, but one was literally inedible and the waitress didn t ask if it had been ok even though it had barely been touched. We specified that we would be sharing a dessert and the server brought us 2 giant spoons and seem confused that we needed 4 spoons. We waited around for everything. One of my friends complained to the manager and her inedible meal was comped, as was the dessert plus they gave her a gc for another time. All the staff are well dressed and attractive but all of this means nothing if you have no initiative and don t know how to do things properly. Unfortunately this seems to be the way of young people these days. All the servers had long hair draped all over them which is very off putting and unhygienic. I was disappointed because the restaurant looks like it is high class but because of the service it was mediocre at best.

Hip and fun dining spot in Bellevue. BBQ salmon rice bowl entry was killer. Highly recommended.

An excellent restaurant where quality control is important. When they made a small mistake that caused a slight delay in a salad they were very apologetic and offered generous compensation.

TIP: During the Holiday season stop by Joeys Bellevue during the day to get free drink samples. By the way, Joey's has the best skinny fries and waitresses in town. #localguides

Their food is amazing! I highly recommend the lobster ravioli ! The waitress are always super friendly and very put together, stylish. Anytime we have people who come from out of town we always invite them to this classy, trendy delicious spot.

We had a horrible experience with the customer service manger today Erin. I can not believe how UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE she was. We came in with a group of friends some from out of state and Erin refused to service us due to our friends ID's we asked for security, sheriffs and managers to come and verify. There was such a huge scene. They did and confirmed that our ID's were real. She threw the ID s and didn t even apologize for everything she said. Once our ID's where okayed by the officers we decided to stay because of how incredible the bar manger was Kasidee Ridlon!! Kasidee needs to be running this place!! Her customer service went above and beyond! She was so respectful, kind, understanding! Kasidee apologized, made sure we were taken care and apologize oh behalf of herself and Erin. Erin did not even bother to apologize...

I get wanting to verify an ID but Erin gave us so much attitude and was so disrespectful! Then she walked up to our table and told us we could stay but we need to "behave" and not give her "attitude" we were respectful we did not cause any issue.

Let me just tell you Kasidee Is incredible! She needs to be promoted! She brought us champagne! Made sure we were comfortable!

I dine at Joey frequently as a live in the area and I will be coming back because of Kasidee! Erin has an attitude issue, she should not be dealing with customers...

Interesting menu, decent hangout place, decent food. Service could have been better.

It is far and away the best Joey in the Seattle area. The food is so fresh and delicious. Service is great. Avoid Southcenter if you can and visit the Bellevue one every time. It will be worth it.

Joeys is amazing. I ve had problems cooking due to the fact that I have little time, but joeys have had such a pleasant service. I ve ordered every time and they have been on time. I am so thankful for floor manager (Erin) and server (Erina). They have taken care of me every time with little complaint and high demands. Thank you so much guys and I look forward to eating more meals with you guys

The name reminded me of the doofus from the TV show Blossom, but once I finally went here it was pretty amazing. The night I went, it was raining and their outdoor patio was open with lights, music, and a really cool nightlife vibe and feel. The crowd was buzzy and happy, and the service and cocktails were pretty good. Feels like a place you'd find in LA or Vancouver BC - Truly impressed.

Very good menu. And they're open until 2am, which is awesome.

They hire very attractive entertainers rather than wait staff ..

I asked to replace wontons with veggies they brought extra rice. While we were eating they started cleaning windows with very strong ammonia based cleaning supplies. We asked if it's a normal procedure for them and why would they want customers to smell cleaning supplies while enjoying a meal; they replied it's a standard procedure to clean their windows while restaurant is open.

Only thing good about this place is the Ambiance. If you want mediocre food with slow service this the place to go. Make sure you're in a suit and flashing wads of cash to get good service. Their hostesses are friendly though.

Wow! Over priced! At lunch, my girlfriend and I had 3 pints of Bud Light each and shared a French Dip sandwich = $66!
That's $6.50 for a Budweiser.
Plus the service was terrible. We had to ask at least twice for everything we asked for.
I can handle high prices if the food was amazing, but it was just normal.

Fries were heavily salted and the waitress who was having a bad night didn't pause to consider that maybe her guests were only interested in having a pleasant evening venue.

OMG, this chicken was the BEST! They brine their chicken for hours, so you get that tender Smokey delicious flavor. Cheers!

i ordered a burger it was not cooked , it happens to make mistake and i really like this restaurant in other citys,,, so i ordered again today from skip the dishes and i made sure to call the restaurant and tell the make it well done, it wasnt cooked last time!!! ... look at the picture to see what they gave me. even worst then the previous time

Robin (waitress) saved our night! Me and my girlfriend were out celebrating my birthday when Jen G. (Hostess) almost ruined our night. After telling us there were seating at the restaurant bar, (we went & sat at the long table adjacent to the bar, which wasn't actually considered the bar) she escorted us to ONE seat at the bar and said "Well, there's one seat", & ushered us to sit. I told her that there were two of us. She explained that there would be a 45minute wait for seating. After expressing to her that there was a table of 12 available and other tables available, she repeated 3 times the same statement, I told her that's okay and we would leave. She then said, no, it's okay you can sit at this table you were already sitting at. It just didn't make any sense. Thanks to our AWESOME waitress, our night was saved. She offered complimentary champagne and truly excelled in customer service. I would like to speak to a manager further with this complaint. I do not think Jen G. Is a true representation of the Joeys company.

I went here for lunch with my grandmother. We were sat immidiately in the dining area by a kind hostess. We waited for 5 minutes. When the same hostess brought us some waters which I assume wasnt her job. It was about 2pm 10/03/18. There were maybe 4/5 tables in the dining area. Who all had their food already. We looked at our menus and knew what we wanted by the time we got out waters. Our menus were set aside and we were clearly ready to order. The servers walked past us multiple times. We watched them stand around at the bar with each other and check on their other tables. They looked right at us and no one said so much as hello . After literally 25 minutes of sitting in a dead restaraunt without any service we left and had to get fast food because all of our time was wasted. I cant help but feel like no one wanted our table because we had both just gotten off work and werent dressed nice or done up like everyone else there. It was one of the worst restaraunt experiences ive ever had. Seriously disrespected and feelings hurt. Never going back.

I have been at this amazing place many times, but last night my friend and I went there and the waiter who supposed to serve our table was talking all the time with two guys on the table right next to us and ignoring us all the time. I went by myself to the bar for order drinks. The reason that I m writing this review is because I like the place and I always bring my friends there, so I hope it never happens again.

To be honest, the two waitresses were so busy chatting with each other and putting on makeup that none of us there had much service. Our waitress never asked us how we would like our meat cooked, etc. Very bad service! The food was just okay and one person got a burger that was so burnt that it crumbled apart. Back to our waitress, she was bad. I hope management sees this and realizes it was on Sunday the 18th of March, find out who was working. Just saying...

Food was good, service was a bit disappointing. Our waitress wasn't able to answer two of our questions on the menu, our order came out and our orders were switched. One of us got the filet the other the sirloin, when we clarified again which was which, we were again told wrong. Had to flag down our server to find out she put in one order wrong and two of our parties needed to switch plates. Good thing we hadn't started eating yet. Forgot our drink refill also, came after we were done with our entrees.

We just came from Joeys and sat for 15 min and no server approached us so we went across the street to the Tavern and got service right away.

Nice place to get some drinks and a bite to eat, but the music was perhaps too loud. Great ground floor view of the intersection of NE 8th St and Bellevue Way.

The good here is ok but the ambience is pretty good and it's a good place for groups.

Very hot location. Delicious drinks and food. Long wait time every time. I recommend putting your name down here on the wait list and going across the street to 13 coins to grab a drink while you wait. And then once you finish your drinks at 13 coins you're good to go at Joey's where you're going to have even better drinks and better food. Highlight of the night and I highly recommend making a reservation and waiting the wait.

Stopped by for some drinks with a couple friends and copped an order of nachos while we were at it. Interesting and delicious take on the Moscow Mule, really enjoyed the atmosphere and the service.

Super pleased with the experience, Sophie was taking care of us, and even though she has Keith Urban on her "top three country artist" list, she did a great job.

Met with some friends on Sunday, the place was pretty quite which was perfect for us. It is definitely busy on Friday and Saturday nights.
The drinks we got were fine and service was good too.

Food is very good and the menu is designed to please a lot of different taste. The staff friendly, I was undecided between two cocktails and the waitress brought me a smaller version of each! Very thoughtful!
In summer they have a nice outdoor area, which is generally a rare feature in restaurants within the region. Only detail is that people under 21 can't sit outside, which is both a pro and a con depending on whether you enjoy having kids around or not.

I travel a lot for work and it is nice to come across a bar that has a great atmosphere and a good vibe. There is plenty of sports action on the big screens while you enjoy the entertainment. Service has always been great and feel welcomed. Food has also been decent which is a plus when you are having a late meal. I must say however, it can get very busy depending on the time and day.

Our family has been eating at Joeys for several years! We just love the food, atmosphere and the great customer service. My favorite appetizer is the nachos!

Didn t offer any water nor a box for leftovers. Long half an hour wait for food, another 20 min for check. Chewy and salty steak.

Went to Joey yesterday (group of 4). Food was good but everything else was very disappointing. To start with our table was dirty and sticky so we asked if they could clean it for us. Our waitress brought a rag and swiped everything right onto my husband laps. Table remained sticky. Then she brought spoiled orange juice that had strong sour odor. When we pointed that out she silently took it away. 10 minutes later we asked her if she was going to replace it and only after that got new one. No apologies, nothing... like giving guest food poisoning considered to be normal.

We did like our food but the service is soo bad that I can t recommend this place to anyone.

Staying at the Hyatt on business. A co-worker and I came in not looking our best after a fun day at work. We were treated kindly, and they worked hard to find a wine we both would like. I wish I came hungry, everything looked amazing!

Waited over an hour for service and was pretty disappointed in the waitress. Would not recommend to any patron especially for the price.

Food is good but they are always out of something and service is hit or miss.

The last two times I've visited they had no draft beers, only bottles. However, service is good and the atmosphere is always good.

Always good with friendly staff. Moderate noise and easy to carry conversation and its possible to watch a game, but TV view is over the bar or across on outer walls so you may need to squint. Can get busy, but bar usually has a table. Drinks are pricey, but they do specials if you don't mind red hook beer. Restaurant is ok, but I prefer Joey's for drinks and other sports in Bellevue for dinner.

I went for a date, loved the lighting. Can dress casual or more formally. Complimentary champagne was really nice.

The service in the bar is pathetic. We were greeted when entering and that was it. From there we sat for 10 minutes waiting for that same waitress to bring us menus. Instead she walked right past us to go visit/flirt with one table while we and others sat waiting. I finally got up and got our own menus and then waited 10 more minutes for another waitress to come take our order. Then waited another 30 for our food. Recommend not going here if you're starving or want good service. Lastly there was a notice on the window as we left from an inspection from just yesterday. Let s just say they didn t score so well.

Absolutely loved this place - the service, the ambience and the menu! Drinks and food menu was both quality over quantity!

The Truffle Fries and Curry Noodles were AMAZING! Hibachi wings were burnt and overpriced at $17.... avoid.. but everything else was delicious!!

Slow service. My guess is they disguise this fact by hiring young attractive staff. Food was ok.
