Always my go to store for my work shoes. Prices are fair, but your also getting quality shoes that will last longer than most. Huge selection of work shoes, kid shoes and various clothing and hiking items. Very cool store, and there is free parking at the back entrance.

The staff was fairly nice and seemed to know what they were talking about when it came to shoes! I like the Albert system they have there too! Pretty fun and seems fairly accurate!

Spent an hour in this store getting new shoes for my two year old son. The woman that helped fit him had the patience of a saint! She was so helpful and tried to see/show him every option available to him in the store as well as color, seeing what he would actually attempt to put on. I was hoping to get multiple pairs of shoes/sandals but my son wasn't having it! We were able to get at least one pair of sneakers for my son's wide feet! It's the only pair of shoes he will wear! Will be going back again. My only issue we had was getting to the store with all the road closures due to the market days.) Update: I just checked his shoe size to prove a point to my mother on his shoe size and found that he has been wearing one size 7 and one size8 for months now... Check the shoes yourself before you leave the store!

Employees are extremely rude towards customers and have attitudes! Caught 2 girls looking at each other and rolling their eyes at us! Gotta love our workforce today with customer service! Lol unbelievable

I went to Joe Kings on Friday - May - 12 -2017 to buy a pair of New Balance Running shoes . The sales person welcome me to Joe Kings . She was very helpful in buying and trying the M990NV4 sneakers and L402 orthotics .They are the best ever to wear every day . I would recommend Joe Kings for all of you foot care needs . Joe Kings is the best place to buy shoes in New England .

I showed up at Joe King's Shoe Shop to buy some shoes and I was blown away. The staff members were really great and amazingly attentive.

Took an associate overhearing me say to my husband that it was difficult to confirm the staff. The associate was helpful and offered several choices, allowed me time to walk around wearing the shoes while my husband looked for his shoes. Helped with questions about other products that we asked about.

Prices are competitive and nice store layout and good lighting.

Make sure you go downstairs to the clearance shelves. The store has a lot of men's variety for dress shows, some prices are way to high for my taste.

Yes, they have a great selection of quality shoes but I ve never owned quality shoes and didn t know where to start. The staff person was not helpful in helping me narrow down the type of shoe I was looking for. I needed someone who had the knowledge or had the time to spend a few minutes talking about what shoe would be best for what I needed. I could have run around the store myself labeling every brand in sight. I hope there is a return policy if the shoes I ended up with cause my plantar fasciitis to return or are just overall unsupportive like their staff.

I've been coming here since I was 18 years old to buy my boots for work. Thats 28 years. Over the years there has been a few times where there was a problem with my boots and they were extremely helpful in resolving any and all problems. Thier return policy is exceptional. Over the years they have proven to a great place to do business.

You can't tell who works there and when you do find someone they don't know much.

Teenage employees were less than welcoming or helpful and seemed uninterested in doing their jobs or assisting customers

I was overwhelmed by the amount of work boots on selection. The fact that they separated safety toe from soft toe really helped me narrow down my choices. They have a good amount of Chippewa boots. But the only thing I would ask is that they look into carrying Danner boots. I've been wanting to try on a pair for quite some time but rarely do I ever find a store that carries them.

My money must not be green enough for this place. Stood by $200.00 boots for at least 15 minutes, not one person asked to help me. Too busy dealing with a lady lawyer.
When I went up to a clerk she had nothing to say and even still never asked me for help.

Probably one of the best shoe stores in the area the staff seemed very knowledgeable and willing to help and explain about the product and what kind of warranties are with them, parking can be a little Troublesome because it's on the Main Street downtown Concord and you kind of have to look around or park in the garage, prices are a little bit on the high side but the products are very good, and they will let you know if there's any specials or discounts going. There's a very large variety of Footwear there definitely were stopping by
