The Yotes put on a really great game experience. It was actually a lot of fun being at the game and the arena is really nice. Comparable to a lot of the great arenas I've been to. The area outside is also super festive with lots of food options before, after or during the game.

Pros: The best sound system I ve ever heard. It is absolutely superb! To hear the artist sing clearly and crisply over thousands of screaming fans is amazing. My personal videos sound spectacular as well. We were at the Kelly Clarkson concert on Feb. 1st, and she was phenomenal!!!

Cons: Event parking prices are steep. The snack bar is extremely pricy and they take the caps off each container. Imagine carrying open water bottles and juices to your seat (what a disaster). The sections are confusing as well, so we walked around the entire arena twice to get to our seats. Just a word of advice, ask before proceeding to find it yourself.

Overall: Well worth it and will attend again!

We go there for the hockey games Go Coyotes wish they did some things differently tho like the smoking patio at the intermission they should have two doors open with two walk thru scanners going so the line and time to get back in isn't as long or post more security guards out there on the block/fenced wall so it wouldn't be such a hassle to get back in the building Go Coyotes

Ushers are grumpy old men; they really take their jobs seriously... You better not cross the painted line even during intermission...
But, nonetheless a great venue for hockey! Awooooo!

Gila River Arena hosts the Arizona Coyotes games and training camp practices, both entertaining. Seats are decent, though some need extra cushioning, or spectators may be able to bring their own cushions. There are spectator areas for handicapped/disabled, large bathrooms, and a great view of the ice from almost any seat in the arena. Concessions are available during games. I recommend the soft pretzels and poutine for a nice warm meal, and Rita's for a chilly treat! Go 'Yotes!

Went to the Trans-Siberian Orchestra concert on 12/3/17. The concert was great, but the traffic management and parking was a complete joke. First, 2 days before the show I was emailed that they changed my prepaid lot from next to the arena to one further away. On the day of the show, we exited off of the freeway about an hour beforehand, and ended up being 20 minutes late. There was no one directing traffic, and no information on where to go. The few parking attendants that we did see were all standing around doing nothing. We finally decided to just park wherever we could find a spot. It was an absolute mess.

Best organization for fan entry and exit for any concert I've attended. Clean restrooms, friendly workers, and great parking lot exit experience! Comfortable padded seats added to the enjoyment. I will definitely look for events here.

A thousand thank yous! My review is based on a person and not an experience! When we first moved here to Phoenix in January, we attended a Coyotes game. Such a great time in a great place! A few days later, we received a phone call from Justin Peterson who wanted to see if we enjoyed ourselves and whether or not we would be interested in season tickets. Being HUGE Blackhawk fans, we love hockey and would love to watch games live here in Arizona. However, my hubby has been having some difficulty getting back into the workforce and therefore we are on a budget and cannot partake at this time. Luckily, we have Justin who has been so very patient and encouraging to us. Not only does he keep us updated on the stadium changes and the current Coyote offerings, but he has quickly become a friend of ours! We are still on budgetary restrictions, but as soon as we possibly can, we will be buying season Coyote tickets and enjoying hockey in person once again! To the Coyotes organization, thank you for employing someone like Justin...he is so great to work with and so understanding. He is a ray of sunshine with his friendly demeanor and he is super helpful in the various ticketing options we have! He has been sure to let us know about the upcoming events and we look forward to participating in them at a much higher level as soon as we are both back working. Bravo to Justin and to the Coyotes! A stand up organization with a lot of passion to make their fans happy!

Beautiful place. I was in the 200 sect., seats were great. People were into the game, seemed pretty knowledgeable about hockey. Vegas fans were pretty annoying but the coyotes fans were cool. Great place to catch a game.

Love this arena. While it has been here for some time now it still stands up well. We've been to a number of hockey games here as well as attended the Indoor Football United Bowl here this evening. Seats are set up with a fairly step pitch which is comfortable and conducive to good viewing angles. Be aware though that if you have trouble walking up and down steps or have issues with heights and/or vertigo, the 200 level seats may not be for you. All of the 100 levels ones should be fine though. The sound system is solid and the food choices are pretty average but good just the same.

Fantastic location with numerous food, drink and specialty shops. Pay $10 to park then turn in your parking receipt to get $10 bucks off.
What else do you need to checkout Westgate in Glendale, AZ.......

There isn't s bad seat in the house! Unfortunately, in no traffic it's a good hour to get there. And if you try going during rush hour, you need to plan on double that. Great arena, horrible location.

Went here to see Queen and Adam Lambert perform. The facility is clean and the layout of the stage (shaped like a guitar!) is easy to see from many angles. The arena is in a great location, situated beside Westgate and the Cardinals stadium. Westgate has some great restaurant and bar options.
