After all the major events, they still can't seem to figure out traffic control. What a mess! Ruined the whole evening.

Parking for large events keeps this from 5 stars but the staff was nice and helpful the place always feels brand new and we had a good time.
This place is amazing! Definitely recommend spending a whole day at Westgate. So much to do. :)
Great assortment of foods and drinks at average pricing. Plenty of parking and good views of the surrounding area.
Sam smith was a great experience for my daughters 10th birthday. Great venue!!
Had a great time at Coyotes game. Missing one star because parking was pretty terrible. Make sure you arrive extra early.
This venue was really nice, it seemed like we were really close ro the stage from whichever angle we looked at it. Had a great view from 102 Row Z
they need to figure out parking better, otherwise a great experience
The seating is too steep. You feel like you could fall to your death. It doesn t feel safe.
Went to my first Coyote hockey game . Good time & lots of fans there. One big bit of advice, dress appropriately. It maybe 80's outside but not near that inside. Wear a sweatshirt or jacket & hat. Not good environment for (3 & under) unless dressed for the cold. Game consisted of 3: 20 min periods & 1: 20 min intermission.
Parking is a nightmare during hockey games. Arena is in excellent shape. Bathrooms are clean and plentiful. Service is usually quick. Alcohol prices could be better. Go Yotes!
Really nice, but the floor seats for our concert were very cramped and uncomfortable.
The wife and I took our daughter to go enjoy the very talented Hugh Jackman it was a wonderful show to bad you missed it.
We are always here weather it be for Hockey( Go Yotes) or concerts!!
What a great place to see a show. Tool was amazing as usual. I go to so many concerts I have to say this is by far my favorite venue. The outdoor area is amazing so much to do and see. I'm from Philadelphia, Philly should take note and follow in their footsteps because WOW
The arena was very nice, and the way it's set up and surrounded by which looks like a little village with restaurants and bars makes it even a nicer set up. Only REAL problem I didn't like was the lines to get food and drinks IN the arena itself were so slow it's ridiculous. I ended up missing 2 goals waiting in line.
Facilitates are hiding no signs to find bar bathroom etc
Going with four stars on this one. The arena is really nice and the seats and game were amazing. I have to deduct a star due to the price to park, $25, and the fact that the food is insanely expensive. $10 for a hot dog and $7 for a bottle of water. You can walk into most places in the area and they are giving water away for free ... here they charge $7 ... for water!
Beyond the price gauging the area around the arena is amazing and the arena itself is really neat and fun.
Love this stadium. Great food just outside at West Gate. Had a blast
I loved my seat. I only paid $100 but I got a killer seat close to the stage. I like the sports bars around the outside of the arena. I was very impressed by the venue!
I love this place! Easy in easy out. However, my only experience is going to Coyotes games. Haven't been there for anything else. If you arrive early enough you can park for free in West Gate. If not $15 isn't that bad. If you'd rather park free use the Tanger lot across the street. When watching a hockey game, there really isn't a bad seat in the arena.
Went for a hockey game and had dinner beforehand at Salt. Had a great time. There are lots of places to eat and cool fountains,
Awesome area. Tons of restaurants with great food. Prices are a little high but that's expected in a stadium area.
Great place. All food and drinks are expensive. Very nice employees
I visited this arena for a three day conference. The arena is huge but it was very equipped to handle such a large crowd. The lines weren't too bad and the arena was really good with crowd control. The stadium is in a very convenient location to shops and restaurants. The food selections at the concession stands were great and there weren't any bad seats in the arena.
Easy to get tickets. Decent beer selection for a stadium. I wish the food options around were better; lots of big box chains
It was great. Plenty of options for food and drinks.
Event parking is pretty good, but the exit needs work to be much more efficient. Facility itself is excellent for concerts.
Decent layout was easy to see. Seats a little bit small / tight squeeze for a XXL.
GOT event was amazing. Concessions way over priced a water a beer and 2 hot dogs over 35 bucks
Great security guards, pretty good standing room only seats for a concert.
We had received tickets to see the Phoenix Coyotes vs Colorado Avalanche play hockey the Friday after Thanksgiving.
Our seats were on the lower level near the ice and we asked the usher at the top of the main level which aisle to reach out seats...unfortunately he told us we needed to go to the next stairway to take it down to our seats. When we got down to our row we had to step in front of each person that was already in their seats. As we continued looking for our seats we found that our seats were the end seats on the stairway where the usher told us to take the next set of stairs down. We apologized to everyone for the misinformation and then found out the people directly behind us had been told the exact same thing.
Except for this one fiasco, we had an awesome time watching the game with a completely unobstructed view of the goalie and the tunnel where the refs and cheerleaders enter the ice. However the food and drinks were way too expensive. Two regular hot dogs, a beer, and soda were just over $30.
Went to the Drake concert, we had a suite so it was awesome!!
Had a great experience! Parking was fast, easy, both in and out. Excellent traffic control. Customer service was fabulous! Food was good.
Great venue, outdoor area is awesome, prices for drinks are SKY high
Cool place. Never been to a hockey game. I don't even like hockey, but I still enjoyed myself.
Great staff, wonderful place for Hockey...too bad no transit service back to Phoenix...you can get there, but busses are not in service to reach LRT...though, Uber and Lyft are very reasonable alternatives...have to say again..great More
Fun and new home for the Rattlers for the next 2 years.
I saw the Coyotes play a preseason game tonight and the negatives I would say are $25 parking and $33 for 2 beers and a large Coke is a steep price to pay. The arena is nice.
First hockey game here and it was amazing. The layout is easy to understand and I had no problem finding my seats. The staff was friendly and helpful. Plenty of food and drink choices but like all sports areans you can expect a hefty mark-up on food and especially alcohol. Parking cost 10 dollars but they give you a 10 dollar off voucher that you can use at any of the nearby restaurants.
This is a pretty nice arena. We are in town for Spring Training and decided to check out the Blackhawks vs Yotes.
This is in a great area and has a lot to offer. I hope to come back for more games in the future.
Nice arena, row n-p section 111 or 102, best seats for hockey
Great place. Clean and safe with great views of the ice from every vantage point.
Not staffed for the crowd. Didn't have rules or list of forbidden items posted. Security didn't follow rules for what is posted online for the arena.
The prices of the food n drinks inside r a little over the top but the workers of the Arena r really nice when u ask for help. Also the place is nice and the restrooms r clean.
Great stadium. Very steep seating rows though so old people would struggle on level 2
the game experience is nice, The drinks and food are a little overpriced, Me and my family loved it
Great place to see a game or a concert. Concessions are very poorly run. Slow.
Lots of parking and easy to get to. Overall friendly staff and enjoyed the experience.
Despite Coyotes' record, it is still fun to attend their games. Cons are the lack of food choices, and lighting in coridors are rather dim.
Love this arena... Can't stand all the obnoxious in your face billboards! The restaurant zone feels like an eirie bordertown! Just bizarre...
It has comfortable seating and the temperature is kept at a very comfortable temperature ( we attended a summer concert and the outside night temperature was 96 degrees)
Arena itself is fine but some idiot booked 2 Trans Siberian Orchestra shows the same day and time as a football game at the stadium. Traffic and parking situation was a major cluster___!!!! Will check schedules in the future before buying tickets to any event in the future!
Great venue to see a hockey game. Would have preferred to see my Blues win-would have made a difference in making the 2018 playoffs.
Great seats everywhere. Except the first row in the upper bowl. That glass edge is right in your direct view
Great venue with ample parking and amenities. A bit expensive for food and drinks, but comfortable seats and no obstructions.
Plenty of places in the area to grab a bite or a drink. Just show up early if that is the plan because it gets busy before the game. Coyotes games are fun and a lot cheaper than your average NHL game around the league.
Nice arena. Easy parking. Plenty of good food options.
