Went to my first Coyote hockey game . Good time & lots of fans there. One big bit of advice, dress appropriately. It maybe 80's outside but not near that inside. Wear a sweatshirt or jacket & hat. Not good environment for (3 & under) unless dressed for the cold. Game consisted of 3: 20 min periods & 1: 20 min intermission.

What a great place to see a show. Tool was amazing as usual. I go to so many concerts I have to say this is by far my favorite venue. The outdoor area is amazing so much to do and see. I'm from Philadelphia, Philly should take note and follow in their footsteps because WOW

The arena was very nice, and the way it's set up and surrounded by which looks like a little village with restaurants and bars makes it even a nicer set up. Only REAL problem I didn't like was the lines to get food and drinks IN the arena itself were so slow it's ridiculous. I ended up missing 2 goals waiting in line.

Going with four stars on this one. The arena is really nice and the seats and game were amazing. I have to deduct a star due to the price to park, $25, and the fact that the food is insanely expensive. $10 for a hot dog and $7 for a bottle of water. You can walk into most places in the area and they are giving water away for free ... here they charge $7 ... for water!
Beyond the price gauging the area around the arena is amazing and the arena itself is really neat and fun.

I love this place! Easy in easy out. However, my only experience is going to Coyotes games. Haven't been there for anything else. If you arrive early enough you can park for free in West Gate. If not $15 isn't that bad. If you'd rather park free use the Tanger lot across the street. When watching a hockey game, there really isn't a bad seat in the arena.

I visited this arena for a three day conference. The arena is huge but it was very equipped to handle such a large crowd. The lines weren't too bad and the arena was really good with crowd control. The stadium is in a very convenient location to shops and restaurants. The food selections at the concession stands were great and there weren't any bad seats in the arena.

We had received tickets to see the Phoenix Coyotes vs Colorado Avalanche play hockey the Friday after Thanksgiving.

Our seats were on the lower level near the ice and we asked the usher at the top of the main level which aisle to reach out seats...unfortunately he told us we needed to go to the next stairway to take it down to our seats. When we got down to our row we had to step in front of each person that was already in their seats. As we continued looking for our seats we found that our seats were the end seats on the stairway where the usher told us to take the next set of stairs down. We apologized to everyone for the misinformation and then found out the people directly behind us had been told the exact same thing.

Except for this one fiasco, we had an awesome time watching the game with a completely unobstructed view of the goalie and the tunnel where the refs and cheerleaders enter the ice. However the food and drinks were way too expensive. Two regular hot dogs, a beer, and soda were just over $30.

Great staff, wonderful place for Hockey...too bad no transit service back to Phoenix...you can get there, but busses are not in service to reach LRT...though, Uber and Lyft are very reasonable alternatives...have to say again..great More

First hockey game here and it was amazing. The layout is easy to understand and I had no problem finding my seats. The staff was friendly and helpful. Plenty of food and drink choices but like all sports areans you can expect a hefty mark-up on food and especially alcohol. Parking cost 10 dollars but they give you a 10 dollar off voucher that you can use at any of the nearby restaurants.

This is a pretty nice arena. We are in town for Spring Training and decided to check out the Blackhawks vs Yotes.

This is in a great area and has a lot to offer. I hope to come back for more games in the future.

Arena itself is fine but some idiot booked 2 Trans Siberian Orchestra shows the same day and time as a football game at the stadium. Traffic and parking situation was a major cluster___!!!! Will check schedules in the future before buying tickets to any event in the future!

Plenty of places in the area to grab a bite or a drink. Just show up early if that is the plan because it gets busy before the game. Coyotes games are fun and a lot cheaper than your average NHL game around the league.
