Long check out line, 3 employees in the store, 2 at the cutting counter. They have it backwards!

This place has a ton of fabrics. I love it!!!!!!! I just started back sewing so grabbing the remnants are great for practicing!!! Highly recommend for your sewing and crafting needs!!!!

Everything is always on sale so you can't use your coupons!

It took too long for the cashier to realize she needed help with a customer that had a complicated return. Additionally, the store temperature was warm enough for my legs to start sweating.

The people at the fabric cutting counter are always so helpful to novice sewers like myself. I can always find what I am looking for too. Love this place!

Once I ordered a few items online, was unable to either confirm or track my order. The order number is correct as I saved everything in pdf and screenshots. For some unfathomable reason my email address is not recognized on Joann website. Then how come I am receiving Joann emails?? I understand we're in the midst of a pandemic so am not pressing for the actual delivery but can I please track my order??

All my attempts to contact Joann fall on deaf ears. The only thing that is certain is that my credit card is charged. Good thing I used Paypal so will start a chargeback if I don't hear from Joann any time soon. In the future, will remember to STAY AWAY FROM JOANN. There are better choices.

Live this store I can always find a good sale and clerks are very helpful.

It's really hard to find anyone help. There's usually someone cutting fabric but gives inaccurate information, doesn't get any assistance for items on the sales floor and acts like it's an inconvenience that someone questions her. Try Michael's for craft supplies.

The bathrooms are so dirty, I being there 2 times this week and use the bathrooms Two times and the two times I have say something to one of their employee s to related the message to the manager. Clean you bathrooms!!!

I shop here often, i use various locations for all my craft needs. Love Joann's

Large store with lots of fabric and wide variety of other items.

I love Joann Fabrics but it was a little sad and depressing looking. The store is nice but I don't know if it's the lighting but everything looks cheap and tacky. The associates aren't very friendly or helpful.

Was there to buy fabric to make masks. Staff was very helpful.

I think when cashier is checking customers out she should not be expected answer phone. I wait my turn then wait for someone who calls in.

In two hours, I visited one wing, which means 1/4 of the museum. I truly examine the art, but for someone less enamored with art they could walk through the entire museum in 2 hrs.

The staff is friendly but they are only at the registers

The store is not 'handicap friendly.' I witnessed a woman, who relied on a mobile chair to get around, face a miserable time trying to shop. Isles were far too narrow for her to navigate, and the main aisle had huge displays sitting right in the middle. Also, the number ticket system wasn't being used at the fabric cutting station, hence subjecting the 'meek' customers to the 'survival of the fittest' concept, resulting in non confrontational customers having to wait, unnecessarily. I never leave negative reviews, and when I do, the experience was awful.

I am here very often getting supplied for cosplay and painting projects. I live that there are coupons often available too help reduce the cost of the purchases. The people there are very friendly set least the ones I've done into contact with..I'm not sure how they are with specialty items.

Large selection of yarn and fabrics, really cute prints. Service is always fast and friendly.

It's rather expensive. It offers a wheeled electric cart for clients with mobility challenges, but it loses its purpose because it can't navigate through the narrow, and very crowded aisles they have:-/

Didn't have what I need but it took about 20 minutes to figure that out. Staff wasn't familiar with stock at all!

Loved it they had a 60% sale and u could use your 15% coupon off one item.

They do carry some quality products, but the way Joann s as a whole sells thing is extremely greedy. They send you ton of coupons, which none of them you can use the majority of the time. The coupon that seems the most usable is the 50% off any regular priced item, if you are person purchasing fabric like myself, this can be very frustrating since a lot of their fabric is 10-30% off, basically dangling the 50% off in your face. Technically I could always look for a regularly priced peice of fabric but a lot of their best items are on that small discount for that reason exactly.

Slightly overpriced. Be sure to use a coupon from the app or paper. They have a good selection of fabrics and crafting supplies.

I enjoy shopping here. Store is always clean and we'll stocked.

Yarn selection is average, however online is amazing.

Had everything we needed to make my daughters first prom dress

Cashier continued her personal conversation while I waited for her service. She didn't even know what broadcloth was and couldn't help me.

Was looking for a bead loom and was told to go to the other side of the store with the kids stuff. The lady was as helpful as a clogged toilet. Couldn't find what I was looking for.

More than just sewing. Joann Fabric has everything to make your home uniquely yours..craft materials for yarn, paint, wood and flowers. Classes and DIY books. The staff are friendly and knowledgable. The store is always organized.

Not good selection of what i needed. Store is cluttered a bit. Staff is friendly and plenty of parking though
