Favorite craft store. It would be nice if you could ever use all of the coupons that you receive. I've noticed that once you get a really good coupon, everything that you may want to use it on, is on sale! It never fails, you get a great 60% off coupon, everything is ON SALE!
One of the staff wasn't very knowledgeable and didn't want to help look for the product. Cashier didn't want to scan my other coupon I had another
I like to see, and for this area it's the only fabric store around. I do like the variety of craft item available and the coupons are great when you can use them. Most things are usually on sale. The sales representatives are always very nice and helpful.
Was a line wait about 20 to 30 min, wasn't really bad everyone courteous and aware of everyone's space
Great store , I purchase all of my bead making supplies! They always have good sales and clearance items!

It's always fun to shop at Joanne's. If I don't find what I want it's not likely available elsewhere. There are choices, ideas, and products for every craft and talent. Clean, friendly, and great checkout system.
I love this store. They offer classes and have a wide variety supplies.
Followed by customer service rep through out store & asked if I needed help, after they were told no more than once.
Usually when I go there Im not really happy with customer service. They are friendly but I wouldnt say that they are too helpful. One lady is amazing, I wish I knew her name and her work schedule so I could shop there only when she is available ! Other than that its bad or average.

I love this store! I have taken 3 sewing classes here with the same teacher and she was awesome! She took the time to answer all my questions and even wrote down specific steps when I asked. I will definitely be going back in the New Year to take even more!

Jo-Ann Fabric experience was very good they had hand sanitizer at the door along with a large roll of paper towels to clean carts . I got up to check out and had to wait till they wiped off the counters from the last customer. Thank you very for caring. Unlike another store across the street but I guess don't care. I'll be back
There was a total of 5 people visibly working. 2 were tied up in fabrics, 2 were moving slow as molasses at the registers and 1 poor girl was rapid fire serving customers at the register and on the floor all while answering the phone. Both snail paced individuals left while the line was still wrapped out into the store.

They have great sales and a large variety of fabrics and patterns to choose from. I throughly enjoy shopping here, as I always discover new inspiration every time I visit.
Rude staff, did not offer to help me look for the fabric I needed and was very blahhse' about the matter. Horrible customer service, I would never come back to this location.

I walked around the store for10 minutes and not one staff member offered to help. I finally had to stand in line to ask for the item that i needed. One patch of material is all i needed but you have to purchase a whole entire package.

Frustrated with the return policy. The staff were not clear and it took them so long to figure out the computer register.
Their selection is sporadic. You can expect to find the items you're looking for, buy possibly in only 2-3 colors. But their staples of fabrics and mainstream crafts (yarn, beads, etc) are always available.

They do have just about everything you could need. They also know what they are doing with the pricing. If you don t have a coupon, you can t really afford to shop. When the sales come things cost more like what they should.
