Great selection of fabrics. Such helpful staff with good prices.

JoAnn Fabrics has an excellent selection of products, as well as several classes. I've bought jewelry items to make necklaces, bracelets and earrings, and lots of yarn and tools to make blankets, scarves, shawls, and socks. The people there are always helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.

Lots of coupons and discounts make them kind of attractive

This was my first time at this location & I was disappointed. It's Covid time & I understand a lot of items are unattainable-that wasn't the issue. This store is lack luster & several employees showed an "I don't care" attitude. Patrick at the cutting counter was great, & friendly.

This location has a large selection of on hand fabrics. This is very helpful when you need to fill in the gaps for a project. Issue is they have some less than friendly sales people. When you have more than one coupon they act like your trying to rob them of a few dollars. It s infuriating because some of them flat out refuse to try the coupon. I try to use other companies and Jo-Ann is the last place I go. It s just better that way for me. I like being happy and the service here makes me unhappy.

My favorite place to shop for fabric and craft supplies in Georgia. I often miss living right next to this fabric heaven.

Very small frame section. Also couldn't find any resin while I was there.

They didn't let me use my 20% off total purchase coupon the day when they were doing the 20% off on total of purchase with my $25 off of $25 of purchase rewards points & when I made a return today with my receipt, my purchase amount was still greater then $50 when returning that one item. They gave me the lowest value price when it dosen't state anywhere on the receipt that it was suppose to be that less I was getting back. Manager said it was because I used that $25 off so that's why I'm not getting much back because I didn't pay for it that much in the 1st place. That's bs & I feel like Joann is scamming people for their money. I was able to use the $25 because my purchase was $25+ but my amount is still greater then $25 with that one item return. On top of that I was told that day I couldn't use my 20% off total purchase so it doesn't make any sense at all.

Only store for those who likes to do it yourself, like knitting, sewing, arts and crafts, this the store.

Great variety of items. I had to come back because I was overcharged for a clearance item, and had no problems. I would suggest more staff because there was a long line and only 2 cashiers. Clean and always an attentive staff

Make sure you look online for a coupon since they mark EVERYTHING up 100% or more. Always good to be able to look at an item but they are really ridiculous with their pricing!

Joann is my number 1 spot so clean, friendly, n they u how to save

Huge assortment of craft supplies except acrylic paints. Love the canvases that yhey sell. Great quality..

Great selection and fantastic prices on crafting supplies!

Very friendly place to go and get your sewing notions they offer sewing classes there as well not sure how much they cost and they have a variety of all types of knick-knacks that you can indulge in.

I've often wondered why prices aren't geared more for home crafters.

Good store had all sought, including an iron on activated, fabric pen, for laying down hand drawn patterns onto fabric. They had 2 offerings. Oddly, the pens are on different isles. Go with the one made in Kennesaw, GA. That pen works best. The other, not so much.

I really like this JoAnn's location. It is VERY large and has an excellent selection for whatever kind of craft you are looking for. They have a very large yarn selection. Their store brands of yarn are also a very good quality.

They also have a large beading/scrapbooking/fine arts selection.

It's bigger than the local Michael's which is nearby so you are more likely to find what you need here rather than at that location. (Sorry Michael's - it's true)

Needed some help and the lady's were very helpful and a nice place if you needs some fabric to make something beautiful they have it.

Friendly knowledgeable staff very helpful. Prices are quite reasonable.

Be sure to read the Fine Print about RETURNS for online purchase. Says at the top they process returns with a smile, no hassles. True, but much further down (I had to look for it after not getting all my $ back) they tell you they take a $7.95 fee off online returns. Just know this isn t Amazon! Otherwise, great craft store. I d never been in there.

Helpful staff, which is not always the case at Joann Fabrics! Also, great inventory and product selection. Paper crafting, kids art and games, wedding DIY decor, framing, floral, fun baking and food products and of course fabrics. You can often find coupons in their app as well!

Great for crafts and home decor. Vast selection of fabric for the do it yourself clothes maker. Various items for home and office decoration and enhancements.

A good selection of cottons for quilting. Apparels has a fair selection. There is no longer a sewing machine section, but they do still have machines for sale. Front line staff is generally knowledgeable and helpful to find things you may need. Management is lacking in enthusiasm and are certainly avoidable. All in all, good place to pick-up general items you may need for a project.

I was so excited to go here, because I'd never been before. I was looking for a very specific fabric that I had been told they carried. I asked an associate who was working in the fabrics area, and she was quite rude. She was belittling my questions and talked down to me the whole time I was talking to her. She vaguely suggested a section to look for it, but genuinely seemed burdened by my request for help. I was able to find the fabric, but I did not purchase it due to not wanting to ask her for help again. I can't speak for the rest of the staff, but that associate was unhelpful and unfriendly. The store seemed well stocked though.

I was asked if I found what I was looking for. When I said no and explained what I was looking for, I was told they weren't finished stocking yet. At no point did the employee offer to go in the back and look for said product. I was told to call before my next visit to see if it was on the shelf .
I ordered the product from a competitor.

It has a versatile amount of crafts for any project and although it was difficult for me to find what I needed, the lady who was at the check-out took me to the area where I needed the correct needles for my project. They really do their best to keep things stocked and have great customer service.

Very hard to find someone to help you. When you do find someone, they are rude and look at you like you are an idiot. Especially in the fabric cutting area, just bad attitudes. Always like this there. Nice store though.

JoAnn is always the best craft store and this one's no different!

Large store with small selection on acyrlic paints and canvases. Selection more on for the hobbiest vs quality side. But then again JoAnns is a Fabric Store.

Very spacious, lots of supplies, and reasonably priced

First time in the store. The layout was very logical and well marked. I walked in, located what I needed immediately and was out within 5 minutes. The cashier was pleasant and quick. Nice experience.

Great store! But I shopped patterns online before going, and even tho the website said they had than them, several were out of stock

I love my Jo-Ann fabric store and the attention I receive.

Can always find what I need, don t forget to download the app to get coupons. I literally never pay full price for anything!

Fantastic service. Asked about a discount that didn t show when checking out. When verified, the sale was over and the sign should have been removed, but I got my 9 items for the sale price. No dickering, just gave me the lower price. Love this store.

No Hanukkah decor?! Why? Not even Hanukkah cardstock to make your own. Only one cashier on the Saturday after black Friday.

I've never been in a Joann this huge! It's a little overwhelming, though; I kinda miss the focus of a smaller one. Its a little but like it's trying to be a Michael's.

It was my first time doing curbside pickup and I was charged for a paintbrush that I never received. When I asked about the missing paintbrush because I had went into the store to grab my order, the cashier was extremely rude about it. I asked her if I was going to be charged for it because my receipt online said that it had been put into my bag. She was extremely condescending with her answer and said it was out of stock and I wouldn't be charged. I was, indeed, charged. When I contacted the corporate office, I never got a response. Guess JoAnn is out here just stealing from folks. Never going back to any JoAnn store after this horrible experience.

I love the store ! However, the staff is terrible ! No one to help you once someone does help you they look at you like you're crazy and annoying them . So judgmental ! Unfortunately this is the only one in my area ! If there was another one I would go to it . Good luck with the staff .
