Company doesn't value employees as advertised. Incentives are false allocations and you have to endure verbal abuse daily with the customers because the systems and customer records are not synced accordingly. Management only knows about numbers and has never taken a call to know what agents deal with daily. Goals and grading scales are unrealistic. Furthermore, the pay isn't worth what you have to endure from the employer and customers.
Do not work here. Please save your time from here. Unneccssary rules and unrealistic pay. This company is a joke. I don't understand how you sign a contact for AT&T for a 0% tolerance phone policy but you allow certain people #favorites, but others can't. Just shameful as hell.
Company condones harassment. I worked in Tigard and my supervisor wouldn't leave me alone when it came to a narcissist brat who was her favorite. She harassed me to the point of firing me because I mentioned his narcissistic attitude. They used an innocent female colleague in a lie as a scapegoat to put on paper so I would have no severance and no chance of unemployment. I reported the harassment and it fell on deaf ears. Heard nothing. More importantly, they didn't deny it. The silence was deafening.
