I love doing crafts and baking I get most of my supplies from This store I always find what I'm looking for and customer service is great

Has great fabrics and many great deals on everything from blankets to bows

Went to exchange a product. They had great customer service service.

What would we crafters do without JOANN? We would be lost!!!

The employees were helpful and conscious of social distancing. There stock and supply was is awesome!

Well stocked store, although assistance is minimal.

Transported back in time...not sure how this business is still in business. The line of 22 people waiting to checkout waited...and waited...and waited while the 3 cashier's talked to customers about their receipts.

Unfortunately I can't give less than 1 star. We spent several hundred dollars on a custom frame for a print and clearly the person working on it has no clue how a picture should hang.

This is the worst job I have ever seen. The picture will not hang flat because the wire was too long and the brackets were in the incorrect position! We took it back and the salesperson started blaming the poor hanging on the laws of physics. The wire was attached at the incorrect position and was too long for the frame. In the end, she removed the wire and moved the brackets up to a position too high for the frame and one of them was extending beyond the outside of the frame.

Nice store. Good variety of craft and sewing items.

An array of fabric, hobby items and even sewing machines for sale or testing. People are very helpful and knowledgeable.

Store was closing. No time to do anything. Great store.

If you sew ( or knit or craft) tell your family to drop you off and come back and get you in a few hours :)
You can wander around this store a long time - just the fabric area kept me occupied for an hour. Lots of parking, friendly staff. Go check it out

They were doing a brisk business! My cashier was JoAnn. No joke! She didn't look a day over 40.

Even when there is a long line at the fabric counter they get it done fast

Overall pleasant shopping experience...Would be nice to be asked if help finding something is needed though. Nonetheless the location was clean & check out line moves fast.

Needs to be restocked more often in the yarn department. Lots of empty spaces. Nice staff

Fewer places have a good fabric selection. That is not the case here

They have a good variety of everything and have a lot of choice (like fabric and yarn). It's a good store to just browse for an hour or two. The deals are good if you time it just right. The staff is usually pretty helpful.

This store has a huge assortment of fabrics and craft materials. The staff were friendly and helpful.

This is one of the few places left in our area to but fabrics by the yard (which my wife the quilter needs). The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the selection is very good.

Love this store. I will not go anywhere else for any of my craft needs

I have a family of 6 children, so there are many projects to do. I have lived many places and appreciate the willing and kind help of the staff here, including when I have needed to do returns. A wonderful team has been established here. I always enjoy my time here.

So many crafts for all of our activities, especially since we built our bunk beds...

Jo-Ann fabrics and crafts is very big. However I was shocked at the inability to find fabric to make draperies from scratch. They had no fabric that was high quality enough for draperies. Very surprising. I thought for sure I would find it in a fabric store but they don't carry it. They only carry thin lightweight cheap fabric to make your draperies out of

Store associates and manager were extremely helpful with a lost receipt issue. They took the time to speak with me and figure things out instead of letting it fall through the cracks. Love this store!
