My daughter and I met with Sandley St Hilaire after taking an uninterrupted
walk around the property and showroom. This young man was amazing.
Knowledgeable, patient and desiring to make sure that we found the car
I wanted. We kept him busy with many questions and he satisfied our
inquiries to the fullest with absolutely no pressure. There was never one
minute that we wanted to run out the door.
I can't say enough good things about Sandley and the manner in which
he handled my purchase. Cool, calm and efficient from the beginning
of the visit until five hours later when the sale was completed.
He is certainly an asset to your Lexus Sales Team.

Had a nail in my tire when I took my car in for maintenance. They said the tire wasn't repairable and that I needed all 4 tires replaced.
I certainly didn't expect, nor believe that. A friend recommended a tire company who had a reputation for being honest. They took the tiny little nail out of my tire and I was good to go.

After all these years of trusting JM, what has happened to their integrity!

This is the second car I've leased from JM and my first since they switched over to Lexus Plus! I was skeptical on the phone when they said the negotiation system had changed, or that I would get a good deal, but the numbers didn't lie! TRULY I got the best deal I've gotten yet on a Lexus and what a great buying experience! I dealt with Khaled - he was very polite, patient, and incredibly helpful. I never felt like I was pressured or like anything didn't add up. The facility itself is very nice. Self serve snack bar, nice waiting area with ipads... They do an astounding amount of customizations for all the vehicles as well. When my friend moves here next month, this is where I'm taking her!! Thank you!!

Leasing my 2020 NX300 at JM Lexus was very simple. I was given a non-negotiable price (assumedly the lowest around) and I had the choice to take it or leave it. The salesman, Michael, was very knowledgeable about pricing and technology. He showed me the features I will use most often and has offered to spend time with me showing me the myriad of new technical features. I will take him up on his offer if I cannot figure them out myself.

Service was excellent......the JM Lexus in Margate is the best experience my wife and I ever had in car sales, from the day i walked in the door and met Brandon Douglas product specialist- in that i mean "product" specialist..we test drove the Lexus IS350F which we now have today(i must say this car is phenomenal omg), along with the excellent service that Brandon provided we were fed,massaged and had cold stone ice cream which made the experience unforgettable,Nicole Colombarini was also very helpful and knowledgeable about the care of the car as it pertained to waxing and conditioning of the exterior and interior of the vehicle not to mention Robert Ceely who worked the number's and made the buying experience so worth every last penny.

Terrible!!! My mom has leased with Lexus for 15 years. Even still, when she passed. They stuck us with the remainder of her lease. That was after producing a death certificate!!!! I would never trust somebody who runs business that way. Just sad!

This is my 6th RX 350 and it never lets me down.

My experience was excellent. German Afanador did an outstanding job of explaining the lease options and selecting the right one for me. He has a tremendous knowledge of every aspect of the car, especially all the new safety features. The new model is quite different from our 460. The engineering in this car is incredible. He did a great job educating me and my wife on how to set up individual settings. I ve owned quite a few Lexus cars and SUVs over the years and this is certainly the best. I will certainly recommend JM Lexus and German Alanador to my friends.

Best experience ever leasing a car. The manager, Joshua Kantor, was my go to guy from the initial call to delivery. All aspects of the deal were worked out on the phone. I chose to actually finalize the transaction at the dealer but I could have had Josh drive my new Lexis to my home and do all the paperwork in my home. I received a more then fair price for my trade. He ended up delivering my new Lexis the very next day as the car was just delivered to JM Lexis and had to be processed. They gave me a demo Lexis to go home instead of having to drive my old car. Over all, no pressure, no one else called into his office to close me. Just Josh and he's a lay back kind of guy. To be patient with me is not an easy task. I'd rate the experience excellent. .

The experience at JM Lexus is like none other, and can t be compared to others. I will definitely do business with JM Lexus in the future and refer family and friends.

I called back 5 times this week and got the Voicemail of the lease return department .I left a voice mail with My best contact information to the detail . I tried calling again today received another voicemail box 8/24/17 @11am .. the person that's In charge of this department is nowhere to be found I have simple questions about my lease return that's coming up .but know one can help. And this is one of the main reasons I will be going to a Different car brand . No Communication at all .....

John is great. Good customer contact but I honestly think I was overcharged even though I provided discounted coupons they sent me by email. I have been using them for a long time now and this has been the lousiest I felt after. Maybe the management change is responsible, but it s makes me think of going elsewhere even now that I am in the market to purchase a Lexus for my wife

I sit here in your service department writing this. It's a disaster. Every single time I come to this service center.... I mean what the heck is wrong with your processing of cars process? It takes at least 30 minutes to walk out of the service department because they take so long to get you a service rep...just take your car to AL Hendrickson Toyota across the street.. Literally drive in see a service guy and your outta there....i spend more time sitting around jm Lexus waiting then it is worth. Soon as this car is out of warranty adiois to this place. Tip for the service advisors... Stop having life long stories with the customers. I mean it's great and all to be friendly but your not being effiecent... So since they replied nobody has contacted me. Let's just add that to bad service as well...

I was happy to get a loaner instead of waiting for an oil change but was disappointed that I didn t receive my usual car wash .

Had a great experience with JM Lexus. Their salespeople are on salary; as a result, they are not pushy to get the commission and will let you test drive however many cars you want. Their prices are competitive. Would recommend this dealer to anyone.

Shopping around for a new or used car most of the time is an stressful activity. Mainly because there is a lot information to collect and process and then take a decision, generally under a lot of pressure from the vendor.

Our experience at JM Lexus, to my surprise was the opposite. Jozef Szulc, the Product Specialist that showed all the cars we wanted to see, was very polite, very professional and the best of all NO PRESSURE...! He was diligent and patient, as a result we decided not to buy one car, but two of them. The process took about one week.

After 27 years at JM Lexus with the same service advisor (Carlos Nunez) I think that says it all. I've had over 28 Lexus Vehicles over all these years and all of them from JM. All my services both under warranty and out of warranty are done by JM. Don't go anywhere else, they are the best.

How awesome is the service you may be asking? Let me put it to you this way; I went in to use the bathroom and left with a brand new RX450hL. I absolutely love my SUV. I don t like to haggle. I like to get to the point and that s what you get. No pressure and very pleasant and prompt service. It s the best experience with a dealership I ve had to date. Do yourself a favor and check them out. If you are truly serious about purchasing a vehicle or even remotely considering it stop by and see what happens.

After hours of researching the details and availability of my dream RX 350, Dario is by far the best associate I have ever dealt with. No other dealership sales manager has ever gone through the lengths he has to assist me both during the sale as well as prior to my arrival to the dealership. At first I was hesitant due to the distance Margate is to my home, but after a far from ideal experience at a local Lexus dealership, the 40 minute drive was worth it. Dario kept in contact with me, answered all of my questions, and was more than ready to welcome me upon my arrival. I could not have asked for a better nor a more time efficient experience. Despite everyone being busy with the holidays, all the staff were more than helpful and courteous. have and will continue to recommend this location to anyone looking for a Lexus.
