Service was excellent......the JM Lexus in Margate is the best experience my wife and I ever had in car sales, from the day i walked in the door and met Brandon Douglas product specialist- in that i mean "product" specialist..we test drove the Lexus IS350F which we now have today(i must say this car is phenomenal omg), along with the excellent service that Brandon provided we were fed,massaged and had cold stone ice cream which made the experience unforgettable,Nicole Colombarini was also very helpful and knowledgeable about the care of the car as it pertained to waxing and conditioning of the exterior and interior of the vehicle not to mention Robert Ceely who worked the number's and made the buying experience so worth every last penny.
I wanted to say again and stress that Brandon Douglas's product knowledge is what made me Happy to be a JM Lexus customer, i have already started spreading the word and have a few clients interested in getting their own lexus.
