Shopping around for a new or used car most of the time is an stressful activity. Mainly because there is a lot information to collect and process and then take a decision, generally under a lot of pressure from the vendor.

Our experience at JM Lexus, to my surprise was the opposite. Jozef Szulc, the Product Specialist that showed all the cars we wanted to see, was very polite, very professional and the best of all NO PRESSURE...! He was diligent and patient, as a result we decided not to buy one car, but two of them. The process took about one week.
