Buying a used car at JM Lexus was a GREAT experience! Mauro S. was my Sales Representative and John E, Business Manager, assisted with the financing of my car. Both gentlemen were very professional, super sweet and willing to please ... no doubt. All my questions were answered with patience, and believe me ... I had many. I didn't feel liked I was "pushed" into anything (given the stereotype of car sales). They both clearly enjoy the work they do which made for a more comfortable experience for me. Other JM Lexus employees made it a point to say hello and make sure I was being helped. Truly, a REALLY nice group of people and OUTSTANDING customer service! I highly recommend this dealership. I know my business was appreciated and wouldn't hesitate to buy there again.
