I order two jumbo hotdogs and they were the best thing i have had i will never eat another hotdog from cookout ever again, and during the week if you go after 3pm $2 off all hotdogs

Freaking LOVE this place...I thought I was the only one who makes them like this...slightly, perfectly crispy hot dogs with all kinds of awesome toppings.

I have been coming to jjs for over a year now and it was one of my most favorite restaurants. The best kept secrets in Charlotte! The only place I would go for a gourmet hot dog. I was however very disappointed after my last visit. Now after Triple DS has come to town it is over crowded and the food quality has dropped. Apparently you have to ask for an all beef hot dog now for an extra charge. Otherwise you get a pork dog. It is not the same jjs. It is good if you want just another hot dog.

Tasty hot dogs and sausages! Some outside patio seating. Good customizable options. Love the fries onion strings. They are very well seasoned, but very greasy. Definitely a cheat meal.

We visited from Ohio and because I love hotdogs, we decided to stop here. We had a huge party of 11, but the food came out quickly and was delicious. Plus, the pickle bar was great and the staff was so friendly. For 11 people, it was relatively cheap. I love this place and will definitely return when I come back to Charlotte.

Best hotdogs ever. Not your normal hotdogs. They have a variety of different and odd dogs. Would recommend for everyone to try them. Customer service is excellent and they help you figure out which dog you would like. Sign up on their website to get e-mails and their specials.

Not a big fan of hot dogs but this place is GrEAT!!!! The dogs are phenomenal. Plenty to choose from. Reasonably priced. Great family atmosphere!

The Char-dog (Carolina style) is great! The Brats though...not so much.

I love this place for hot dogs. Only complaint I have is that they overly char their dogs and I have to remember to tell them to do a light char.

I love this place.My wife and I were in the area from Concord and decided to have lunch here. The hot dogs were incredible and the staff here was amazing and friendly with everyone. I just wish there was a location closer to us.

my family and I were in town for the morning. After stopping at Freedom Park we came to day days for a quick lunch before having to head back home for an appointment. The food was great and the service was absolutely spectacular. We were in and out his 11 minutes!

Amazing staff and superb foot. Selfishly I appreciate the craft beer inspired ones the most and make a conscious to try them all!

The food was good but the people working there were super nice and helpful. We had a baby and they went out of their way to help us with her and the our food. Extremely appreciative!

Alot different than my usual experience pre Covid, im use to coming into a busy establishment with an awsome staff but instead you order you food outside and the food is brought to you. Nonetheless these are still the best hotdogs your ever gonna consume in your lifetime and i stand on that whole heartedly.

Food is great.love the music. some of the staff not as friendly as others cashier on this day didn't smile or greet me. If they would have I would give them 5 Stars

The people are very friendly! It was very clean and neat which is always a plus. The onion rings were not very good and were greasy. Had a lot of options for food choices for a hot dog spot. Have to come back and try a different dog.

Alonso is the friendliest guy you will meet when you step up to order at the East Blvd location. Great selection of delicious hot dogs and top-notch service. I thought the homemade pickled veggie bar was really cool and unique. The Tater Tots are fresh and crispy just like you expect, highly recommend! If you are not into dogs, they also have sausages and chicken too!

I don't even like hotdogs, but theirs are great. Go on Tuesday nights for $2 local drafts and $2 hotdogs!

There are no better veggie hot dog on this planet than a JJ Red Hots veggie dog. Even if you eat meat hot dogs I challenge you to eat JJ's veggie dog and not absolutely love it. The first time I had one I had to double check with a JJ's employee to make sure there wasn't a mix up and I got a real meat dog. So many amazing options since you can substitute the veggie dog for any of their specialty dogs. This place is a must-stop for vegetarians and meat-eaters alike. Fresh ingredients, tasty soft buns, flavorful combos, self serve bar with extra toppings. I love this place!

This was just a curiosity stop but my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the food and atmosphere. We will be back.

Best hot dogs in the city! Good price for the taste and quality. They were having a wings special so tried them as well. Look out for their specials menu. Onions rings were pretty good but hotdogs stole the spotlight.

Best hot dogs in Charlotte. I eat here quite often and have yet to have a bad meal. The atmosphere is great and it never takes too long to get your food. It's especially nice to sit on their rooftop patio and enjoy the good weather with their fantastic dogs. Make sure you check out the dog and sausage of the month before you order, half the time I end up getting one of those.

Prices are good, live the dogs, some if the best onion rings, and they have a pickled bar with pickled onions a, peppers, and cucumber. Small but solid beer selection and a rooftop outdoor area.

Absolutely love the hot dogs here. Best place in my opinion out of all of Charlotte to go get some hot dogs. They also have a Double Dog combo for $2 you can get a second hot dog with a side and a drink. Must try if you are in the area!!
