When we opened our door to our assigned room, surprise! The room was completely filled with a lot of things. It looked like someone was living/residing in that room. So we went back to the concierge gave us an upgrade room. And one more thing, when we were checking out, we were still at the lobby area and noticed I have left my necklace back. I told the concierge and even went up to our room. The room is getting cleaned that time. I tried to find where I left them but there was nothing. I asked the cleaner if she saw a necklace and I got a cold no . Well clearly they didn t give a f*** about my concern. I went back ro the lobby and they didn t do anything about it. So finally I left this crappy hotel crying

Surprisingly, it is good to drink beer in the second floor restaurant. The air conditioner is really cool!

I like the pseudo-rain ... foot massage, and full body massage. The underwear is on the hanger and the cockroach lives in the wardrobe .... If you smell the rocks in the bath .... If you do not have any place to go, but if you remodel what you feel when you go, prepare 4000 pesos for 6000 pesos.

The carpets in the room was sticky and the flushing of the toilet was crazily slow, have to press and hold for 10 secs for a complete flush to happen.

Japanese restaurant was wonderful. Food was served fast. Good and attentive waitresses in kimonos. Thumbs up.

Ready rain. Location is good .. Because it is possible to smoke in a room like a Japanese hotel, the smell of cigarette is severe

And the sauna ,steam ,and hot and cold pool is nice. The body massage is very good

Simply the best Japanese-style spa in Manila. Shower, then relax in 3 different temperature jacuzzis: Hot, warm, and ice cold. Enjoyed sitting stations with aqua massage hitting different areas of back. Then when got too hot jumped in the cold tub to cool off. Then the massage..... Wow! Small lady walking up and down back, expert massage and stretching. Highly recommended!

can we go to spa and sauna ? if we don't stay at this hotel? and how much is the spa and sauna? Thank you

It's a little expensive, but the spa is okay. It is only Korean people who do not hang around with a towel.

There is a sense of security just because the owner is Japanese. It is cheap at around 5000 yen per night, but there is no hot water in the shower, security is weak, etc. As Japanese restaurant is on-site, food side is OK, too. However, there are many men and women of relationships ... even if you look at the guests. We used with customer of work, but it was wry smile.

Things are old and some things are not working well

TV does not appear. The equipped toothbrush is cheap. Small small hotel.

I gave 5 star for this hotel even if ist not a five star hotel but i like their ameneties ist simple yet things are quality bath room is clean room is nice i really recommend this hotel thank you and godbless

Great buffet every fortnight at their Japanese restaurant

Super friendly Staff and Approachable.. Spa was Good and relaxing!

Kaishu has a rich Japanese menu and the food is delicious.
The guest rooms are also clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and smile and feel good.
The hot spring spa is beautiful because hot spring water and water are constantly circulated.
Massage Spa This one hour oil massage is the most comfortable and good.

I killed 7 (seven) cockroachs at this place and it was VERY dirty. They even charged me when I used their towels to wipe down the dust at the place!

My friend made a reservation but I felt bad feeling, the facilities were old, there was no amenities, the hallway smelled, there seems to be a casino, but if you enjoy the casino, you can go to the casino of a large hotel and stay again No, the breakfast is not good either.

Stayed here for a night. Nice staff! Especially mr Jay and john of hk/shuttle driver!

Its a very lovely place to stay, id love everything their food, the ambiance and specially their staffs are very good in accomodating their guest

The restaurant and the service is pretty good EXcept with the people in the Casino there really rude especially with the one guy wearing a red uniform...

Older venue but clean and friendly. Awesome spa room with massive hot tub and cold dip pool. Not a place for the shy. LOL! Got the full spa treatment including a 2-hour massage by a strong little lady that wore me out! Definitely will be going back!

Ambiance at its best. Vibrant place, courteous staff at the lobby, nice restaurants, great sauna, temperate rooms, enjoyed a sweet stay on this hotel mainly catering Japaneses or Flipino-Japaneses. Would recommend!

Good genko sauna and massage. I like here. Also my family.

The point is that there is a public bath where guests can enter.

Relax in the Huge Jacuzzi and sauna. Get a 2 hour massage. Relax some more on the top level restaurant and relaxation area.

Easy access to all parts of manila especially at the airport
