For younger adults better off to Gore, Hunter, and other mountains on East Coast.

2 stars for positive workers.

Over all I did not enjoy the mountain at fullest, misinformed that all 31 trails and all 7 lifts open, wrong 2 best trails were close, the 2nd best lift with capacity 4 to 6 people lift was closed (you can see in the picture.)
Ended up a bit crowded at the main lift, the snow wasnt covered at some trails you could see either dirt/brown ice spots, they have ski school there, great for parents/kids but majority after riding every trail to the middle it's a slow zone, and too many kids lined like a train with this school program, no ramps, only 2 features for freestyle the metal cylinder pipe and the grinding part that's all.
Paying for this small mountain 88$ was too over priced, with no college student deals or discounts at all.
Very Dangerous riding at night, the lights shines only on one side of every trails, other mountains it's both sides, so it was hard to see the other half sides.
I will never return there, felt like I got robbed for that price.

Food at john harvards is sub par. Had the ahi tuna that was deep fried and served on vegetables soaked in soy sauce? Waitress was also not attentive at all. Had food and drinks at the Christiansens tavern. Food had no flavor and the bartenders could careless that we were there. Literally had to ask one of theses young men if we could get something to drink. Called front desk and the young lady was not pleasant at all, irritated that i even called; she didnt even say goodbye she just hung up. For what they charge for rooms here i would expect a little higher class of service. I will not be returning nor would i be recommending them.

Our location was actually nice but I found crumbs on the sofabed mattress and trash underneath it. The sofa bed itself needs replacement. Hence, no one used the sofabed. Jiminy Peak may be a better destination during high peak season.

Rentals and lift tickets were fairly priced (about average for the area). Rental equipment was in decent condition, nothing fantastic but in good shape and clean. Food was delicious and (as expected) a bit overpriced. Slopes themselves were absolutely great, lots of options for both beginners and intermediate skiiers/snowboarders, all of which was well marked. Myself and my 9 friends had a fantastic time there.

I love coming here and the kids love it, too! The staff here are all well trained; kids learned to ski within one day at the Kids Rule ski camp, the kids loved the instructor. In particular, FedEx. In my opinion, it is worth the four hour drive every year because it's relaxing and enjoyable. Prices are a little high, but it's all worth it in the end.

Jimingy Peak is a mountain with a wide varriety of terrain and a warm comfort feeling of New England. With staff and ski patrol available anywhere you go, you will never have a question go unanswered. Skiers seemed to be welcome to this mountain while riders are simply just allowed. This mountain if a place geared for skiers, while riding seems to be discouraged. The mountain staff seems to accomadate the people with poles much more than the people on a board. The food and drink options here are great, the small tavern has everything you and some friends will ever need on a smaller mountain. Great staff inside the tavern, and as far as the cafeteria staff goes I do not know. While prices seem overwhelming to most at first glance, it's because it's true. This mountain scores a 6 to me personally. Overall great mountain itself, but does to take the strong presence of prejudice towards well mannered riders away. The sky rocketed over inflated price of a lift ticket which compares to many much larger mountains, makes it a flop as well. When deciding to go to a mountain for this price just keep in mind if it's in your back yard, yeah might be worth going here. But if theres a travel to get there decide to go to a much larger mountain, with much more sense of welcome than this one. Please feel free to comment. SWED

Customer service is absolutely awful. We purchased 1/2 day all park tickets and the hours above apparently arent the correct hours because the park closed 3 hours earlier than it said above. Because of that, we weren't able to use our aerial park passes, which we saved for the end of the day when it would be a little cooler. We also wasted an hour eating in their tavern, thinking we still had hours left to play I immediately went to the ticket office which had promptly closed at 6pm. I called this morning and was told basically that it was too bad. That the fact that i drove two hours each way to get there and didn't get to do 1/2 of what we planned to do, meant absolutely nothing. We go skiing there in the winter, but not anymore. I will not support this business is this is how they handle their customers. I paid 100 dollars to ride a few rides, i am so utterly disappointed.

The park is fun but the woman at the stand in front of the ticket booth was rude and useless. Their user unfriendly website said there were 10 tickets left by the time I entered 5 people the tickets were sold out. I drove two hours to enjoy the park, which I enjoyed last time I was here but the same woman was as rude, unhelpful and pushy selling cheap jewelry. Buy your tickets online because I was told that staff was unable to help me with the online form! Have a great day!!

Excellent "Family" Ski Resort. Terrain/Trails are perfect for family skiing (especially for the age range of 3 - 10 years old). Room/Suite was very good (mini fridge, microwave, small kitchenette, etc.). Found everything to be kid friendly (evening hot chocolate and cookies, pool, etc.). Restaurant food was good at Christainsen's and Harvard's. Room Rate was a bite expensive.

Mid- sized mountain with an eco friendly operation and modern tech. Reusable ski tickets that scan automatically through the chairlift. The view of the windmill as the sunsets is breathtaking. One of my favorite resort-bars for the northeast region too

So much fun! The only thing I wish is that they still had mini golf, go-carts or something that doesn't necessarily have to do with heights. My son loved the mountain coaster and alpine side but almost didn't do any of the rest because of high up they go. We did still have a great time though, even if it is a bit costly, especially if you don't do all the activities.

We stayed at the Country Inn and attended a wedding at the top of the mountain. It was all beautiful! The suite we stayed in was great! My only complaint was that the shower had bad water pressure. Very nice staff and beautiful wedding!

Multiple lodges, large pub, several shops and a large plaza. It felt more welcoming compared to resorts in the Catskills. It gets crowded so ski early and eat early. It's a resort with condos so many folks come up for the week. For my double black nephew, it wasn't the most challenging but he enjoyed the mountain. The layout is good and efficient and let's you get in anlots of skiing.

Really great mountain. The trails are always well maintained. They have enough uphill capacity to help keep the lift lines relatively short. The lodges have always had plenty of room. The people who work there are also very friendly and helpful.

Of all the places I've stayed in the Berkshires, I'd recommend this one the least. The first room we had was filthy. Food was stuck on the appliances and the whirlpool jets spit out black flakes..an unwelcomed surprise. The second night in a new room, the building fire alarm malfunctioned and at 1am, my son and I were standing outside until it shut off. All I wanted was a nice hot shower the next morning and the showerhead was missing from plumbing. The location was great, but I don't have much else good to say.

As a beginner for snowboarding I really enjoy this place, there's enough space to learn (and fall) without worrying about falling into other people. It can get pretty busy on weekends but I feel like that's to be expected. 4/5 since I haven't visited any other ski resorts yet, will update once I go to a few more.

Went to their 13 Nights. Their Mountain coaster going in and out of the dark was amazing. Going up Jiminy Peak with no lights on was a great scary experience. Wish that the attraction at the top of the mountain was a little bit more refined. But going into the woods with a flashlight was definitely a new experience and I look forward to seeing what they do with in the future!

Jiminy is an awesome small-medium sized mountain that's always well maintained. I generally enjoy twilight riding for the unbeatable price when combined with the value pass. The lodge is nice for getting ready and the on premise resteraunt is good but expensive last I went there. This is a great mountain to learn on and continue to ride for years after with out the intimidation and price of a giant mountain.
