In my mind overcrowded and starting to become a little run down

I go there at least once a week, plenty of places to visit around the area too

Plenty of stores to shop, plus a great comfy movie theater.

This mall has a nice variety of stores but it's usually packed which makes parking difficult.

This is THE mall to go to!! So many stores!!! It is also just nice to walk around in. Love malls that have a movie theater inside too! All the stores you would expect a decent mall to have and more! I live 45 min away and it is for sure worth the drive.

Decent outlet mall, used to be run down but they've recently updated it and it's much cleaner looking and more modern. There's a variety of stores and you could probably find anything you'd expect to find in a mall. The food court is central and easy to find, and the shops aren't too pricey. Parking can be hard to find when is busy but that's because the mall is popular, not because the parking is sparce.

Found what I was looking for & more at a good price!

This is supposed to be an outlet but their items are just as expensive as ordering them online.

One thing I really appreciate is that Simon Malls invest money to keep the mall new looking and relevant. Great for people looking to just go for a walk, summer = a.c.; winter = heat! Also there are a lot of stores that are not any where else in the area. By the way, I-485 is not a great back way in any more.

Lots of stores to choose from. Very busy place but definitely worth the trip with all the stores and food they have available. Fun for a weekend trip to either the big great mall, Aquarium, or movie theatre.

This mall itself is fantastic! Great stores that always have amazing sales. Some of the stores are evne cheaper than walmart when it comes to clothes and shoes! I enjoy shopping there and my kids love the carosel they can ride. My only complaint was a certain vendor last time I went. I didn't mind stopping to take a look and try the dead sea salts for my skin. It felt fantastic but when he told me the price I wanted to walk away..Way too expensive, then he lowered the price alot but still too expensive for me, especially when I was only there to get my nails done that day and didn't have much money to spend. I informed him I was in a hurry and had to go pick up my son from school and he wouldn't stop harrassing me about buying it. He kept putting the product in my hands and giving me a cheaper price, I wouold put the product down on the table and tell him I didn't have time for this, and he started getting rude with me. I was very angry with him at that ppoint cuz I was going to be late getting my son from school as it was and he wouldn't stop bugging me. Everytime I would walk away he would come grab my arm and stop me. I think someone should monitor these peoples behavior a little better, it killed my shopping experience there!

this mall offers everything. they even have a mini aquarium. and a car racing track for kids. if you like shopping this mall has it all.

A great mall! Lots of outlet-type stores here. There is a Bass Pro Shop, so we like it. :)

There's so many great things about this place, I wouldn't even know where to begin. So easy to spend hours inside without even noticing

The movie place here is the best I've ever been too

Good mall! I go here to get massages and a candy apple for a treat. Love the rue21. Good combination of many different types of stores. Is pretty nice without being unaffordable!

Best mall in Charlotte for those shopping on a budget family friendly

Tons of options and deals. A great mix of shopping, dining and attractions!

Definitely an all day outing for Everyone. Tons of shops, great food. My only complaint would be parking and trying to get out of the place. Parking is free though which is a plus.

Love walking thru the mall and looking then getting my self a chocolate courant from Starbucks

Good experience, easy pre check in got us into room early. Staff always helpful and nice. Only issue was the room was not the cleanest, found old hair brush and wrappers under beds, bathroom floor dirty behind door.

I just love this mall. Great prices on the things i wear.

A very nice place lots of good things to shop around at sitting at the food court here comes walking along hey buddy I wonder do you have some change I'm like what the hell can I ever get away from these bums that walk the streets reminds me of The Walking Dead can't stand for someone to walk up tap me on my shoulder asking for money where security at when you need them

I enjoy hanging out here. Good place to take the kids because there is lots for them to do. They have made a lot of updates here in the last year. Updated bathrooms and food court. Can get a bit crazy busy on weekends though.

Beef jerky outlet is amazing! So many options to choose from. Clean mall. Very impressed with variety and the amount of stores in there. One of the better malls I have been to. I felt like malls were dying until I came to this one. I was very impressed.

I think the best time to go is during the week. There is always parking.

Traffic management in this area is poor and makes shopping too much of a hassle. Crowd is out of control inside mall and stores. Don't plan to return.

I decided to take a little road trip to visit a friend for her 40th birthday. So I decided to stop and visit one of the local malls. Safety 1st. I must say very very busy for it to be in the middle of a pandemic. However kudos to everyone for keeping their distance and wearing their mask. I must say one shop here really caught my eye. These apples were better than the state fairs. I know where to go.

Driving and parking a nightmare especially on the weekend. People just Cruise round the mall causing a traffic jam.

Very nice to shop in every store I went into everyone was good at social distancing but some let you wear no mask.

Very modern facility. Grandkids loved the Disney store. Wish there was a better variety of resturaunts to choose from inside this mall.

It has BestBuy, Mattress firm, AMC theatre, Kirkland's furniture store, Aquarium, so many cloth stores, carrier stores, LEGO store, jewellery shops, Sun &ski sports, gift shops, TJ Maxx and many restaurants nearby. It is also nearby Charlotte Motor Speedway.

Being new to the area, I love exploring Concord Mills when we need something to do. From the cinema, to Carmel apples, pretzels, and the aquarium. All great to have in one area. Especially when you don't know your way around.

Concord Mills, since it's opening in 2009 has been a great all around shopping experience for not only locals but folks from out of town (NASCAR Races, Panthers/Hornets games etc.) The mall is all on ground floor so no worries about stairs, elevators and escalators so it's wheel chair and stroller accessible which is a huge deal. What I've loved most is that most stores are the outlet branch of their respected brands so prices are anyways reasonable and you can still access new items in the brands inventory. The AMC theater has always been one of the best around; having standard, IMAX, and 3D viewing options. The food Court is great as well offering a good range of food choices.

Needs a better kids play area. Overall clean and pleasant.

This mall has many memories for me..was built when I was born in 1999:) so happy it's an outlet mall and not super far from my house :) always love going with my mom and sis on payday weekend:)

Very large and nice, nice selection of stores. Mall was up to date and clean. And activities also from games to watching a movie inside also.

Crowded but so nice to see people shopping for the holidays! Store employees are so helpful and pleasant.

I don't like going near this place, to many people and crowds. Traffic in and out is a mess.
