Awesome mall, good prices, great food court variety, this is a nice way to spend the day

I stop at Sticky Fingers for a bite to eat before returning home from the hospital.

Busy, dirty. Wouldn t go if it weren t for Bass Pro

Concord Mills is a really great mall. It's huge and has a wide variety of stores. I would say the only downside is that there aren't too many food options at the food court. Disregarding that, it's very nice and has a small aquarium which is great for a family!

They have a lot of thing to do but the traffic sucks and the parking lots are not any better if you go then plan for 15 to 20 minutes in traffic and trying to find a spot to park

So many stores, so many ways to change or upgrade your look I like to walk from one end of the mall to the other end they even have a movie theater very entertaining.

It's a very good place for shopping with your family and friends. Very friendly atmosphere.

I like the mole and I like that there are shops that are close to each one

Big variety of stores and food options! Loved the bass pro shop in there, had a movie theatre and a dave and busters as well!

Another outlet mall but indoors. Good one. AMC is decent here

Crowded and noisy. First off a security guard was dealing with a shoplifter, who was trying to gaslight the store manager who caught her.... It's a good idea to get map of the stores in the mall and then park near the closest entrance to avoid the aimlessly wandering crowds

Many times shopped at this mall, many options and Great Stores and Food!!

Visited this mall for the first time in December last year very nice place, lots to do and see. The go karts track was very nice never seen a mall like this one. Books a million was nice lots of stores nice people, and so many stores to choose between it was interesting. Will be back there soon. Love the aquarium.

Nice mall. We go for the movies which is super nice with reclining seats. The entrance to the movies is always trashy and smelly but overall its a ok mall

It's fine during daylight hours. Beware on the weekend nights. Tons of unattended teens looking for trouble.

It's a great mall, and huge! They even have fun activities throughout the mall for the kids and adults alike, including a mini train ride around the mall, trampoline jumping, and dinosaurs you can ride. Tons of great stores and places to eat. They have a movie theater AND an aquarium inside and out back there is a go cart place that has a bunch of things to do with the kids as well!

Great place to shop and dine when in the Charlotte area.

Crazy busy almost all the time, but it's fun on a rainy afternoon.

Stopped in the Levi s Outlet to replace my old 560 s, 550 & 505 jeans, see what was new. Worked with an excellent saleswoman who shared the details of my old jeans & new 541 s. I ended up with two pairs, great fit and shopping experience. Got a two pair discount price comparable to Amazon pricing plus they fit great the first time. Thanks folks.

Great deals! An aquatic center to keep the kids occupied

Great place to get some exercise without even realizing it

Great shopping center! Bathrooms could use improvements. I ve been to MOA many times (mid west native) and the bathrooms there are always well kept. Big and busy shopping area so be prepare to waiting in line whether that s check outs or driving in/out. Parking is a bite tight.

Descent sales and pricing. Bass Pro Shop is attached. Limited in food selections especially for the size and popularity.

We felt safe during our visit. The couple we brought along also had a great time and had high praises for this shopping center. Of course we will visit again, it s a shopping mall.

Always a fun time @ Concord Mills! It's always busy which is to be expected so I always have a pleasant time here!

Does not seem like outlet shopping anymore. No real bargains. Staffing not as helpful or enthusiastic anymore.

It's a huge mall with great shopping selections. It's always crowded, day and night. Bathrooms could use more attention.

Looks better than it did a few years ago. Not as many deals as you'd find in other outlets since this is mostly a touristy area. But great variety of stores. I'd recommend, but if you're willing to cough up the extra 45 minutes I'd drive to Premium Outlets in Pineville

It was nice everyone wore mask keeping us all safe...stores monitored the amount of people it was nice

This mall has everything. From food to shopping to massages. It's huge you can spend the day or just do a quick stop.

Decent mall, traffic getting in and out can be rough during peak times.

So, a few questions and critisism in this.
Are Smart Balance Wheels allowed in there?
And, the food court SUCKS! WHAT HAPPENED TO THE PIZZA AND GOOD STUFF? Man, you decided to replace all the good stuff.

Been to all of Charlotte mall, Concord mills is by far the best prices to go shopping mall in Charlotte. They have great variety of clothing store and Dave n Busters, Cinema, Aquarium, Speedrace, Best Buy and Bass Pro Shop. Wish they add more electronic store like Apple, Microsoft and expand Game Stop store for the guys.. Will be nice if they add Macy, Belk for us women's who loves makeup. If they have this it will be golden and best mall in all of North Carolina.

Great bc empty on weekdays but a different story for the weekends

Great selection of just about everything you could want!

Great outlet stores, good place for your family. You can find premium brands at a very low price in some of the stores located here and save a lot of money and get what you need for you and your whole family. While you shop you can get good food; the food court offers a variety of dining places at an affordable price. If you just like to go window shopping there is a chance you might also enjoy the mall.

Lots of stores. Your more than likely going to find what your looking for. It is also a nice place to go kill time.

Plenty of stores...traffic outside gets a little hectic.
