Great shopping experience super stores great food and super staff

Good place to make a day of it and enjoy the stores and people. Can get crowded on weekends. Clean and friendly staff.

Concord Mills Mall is a factory outlet mall. Almost all big retailers have their stores here. It has a decent size food court and is a haven for walkers. Week days are best as there is ample parking and no overcrowding.

A LOT of new stores in the mall.. but a little disappointed that the great American cookie store is gone..

Good mall with tons of options. Large and great for mall-walkers. Typically busy during the holiday shopping season and weekends throughout the year. It's best to go on a weekday off holiday season of trying to get in and out quickly.

Good place to do shopping.. have many brands and places to eat inside the mall...good place to hang out and shop...well maintained

The Mills is always a great stop for us when we need to find bargains. The Mall has recently been remodeled & stores moved around for much better navigation. This trip was in & out due to us shopping on a less crowded day.

The management at this place is I'd awful, my son had a sezure , and all I asked for was a wheel chair to help me get him out to the van to could take him home and they would not help me out, the fire department had to take it from them , and much thanks to fire and rescue that showed up to help they were awesome....

Ok, I noticed that both the cookie store next to the groom's and Yankee Candle and the perfume and cosmetics store near the popcorn kiosk were playing loud offensive hip hop music. Not cool. Concord Mill is going to turn into Eastland Mall if you don't get these kids on board.

It s a Huge mall! It s Very clean and just about any store you could want to visit is here.There are ton of food choices and family activities, including movie theater, the aquarium, go karts, mini golf and more. It s a Great way to spend your day off of have a wonderful family fun day:)

Love shopping here. Its got all the stores I like under one roof.

Lots of stores to choose from. Very nice food court, good selection of foods. Shop rain or shine, catch a movie, or even choose one of the restaurants for dinner.

Great family friendly place during the week. Avoid during weekend evenings.

I like this place because I mean... THERE IS A POPEYES

Plenty to do but the parking lot has become more cramped with new restaurants.

Hadn't been to this Mall in over 10 years, so happy to see it's not only still a nice full mall, but they now offer a reasonably priced Aquarium that we enjoyed.

Concord Mills during the holidays may be packed but it didnt stop us from hopping on their train ride. We didnt even have to wait long to ride. Will def be back next year

Plenty of place to shop. Good variety as well. Sea life, go-carts, food. It was better when it first opened tho.

My wife and I had a great time just walking around, and visiting a few stores.

This place is wonderful. On the weekends there are a bunch of ppl. For some, that's great! For others, it's scary. But, the selection of stores and vendors cannot be beat. My favorites are the Lego Store and the Aquarium. Bass Pro is good too. They have a cinema and many many retail stores. They have a vendor selling Dragon's Breath!

This mall has everything for each family member, they have enterteinment for every age and variety of stores, it's clean.

Nice place to shop at low prices. This is outlet mall. Sometimes over crowded. Sometime hard to find parking places,specially during weekends.

Been traveling here for years and absolutely love this mall.

Plenty of stores, both upscale and budget-friendly! Areas for kids to play, a food court with a variety of food and choices. Very nice and updated movie theater. The only downside is how crowded it gets most weekends and especially on the holidays. If you just want to get a good walk indoors, mornings are a great time to come.

Excellent shopping, dining and entertainment facility.

It s a mall. Bass Pro Shops is a staple. AMC movies are great.

Always a little busy but you can find anything you want at this mall.

Place is great for family and friends and kids. Plenty to entertain whoever isn't doing any shopping. Movies, bowling, video games, pool and a whole lot more!

Stores have gotten too trendy/teenish. Should say most stores not all. Since putting those restaurants in the parking area it makes it more difficult to get to the stores we actually like.

Like bass pro shop. Mall is huge, a little to big for my taste anyway.

By far my favorite mall. We come from Greenville frequently to visit. Has a lot of stores and options.
