Since Jil Sander has no contact address in Germany, I contacted this store with a complaint on 19.1.2016. A short time later, I received a phone call from the store manager, who told me that she would forward the claim to Italy. I have not heard from her since that time. Not in February, not in March, not in April, not in May. And that, although I have even asked by mail. No Answer. Bad customer service can not fail with a noble brand!
Even after a month - and a personal visit to the shop - the store manager still does not feel it necessary to get in touch. That is how she broke her word for the second time.

I ve never been encountered by a barking aggressive dog in a store of this category!
Today as I walked into the store in Berlin s Kdamm, I ve almost had a heart attack as the dog came to me and stoped me barking aggressively
There was not a person there to take action. The seller came later calmly after almost 5 minutes and not even apologize!
Please, Jil Sander s administration; take care of who is working at your stores. Dogs like this should not be permitted there.
This was is not a good experience at all!!
In the US the firm can be sued for something like this!
