I accompanied a Japanese friend in the shop in Via Tornabuoni, and we were a little disappointed noticing cobwebs in many corners but especially the dirty and dirty oriental carpets with fringes and frayed edges and therefore not appropriate to the store's height.

Nice shop, with absolute quality goods, it is very difficult to find a place where the quality is higher. Large and well-stocked shop, with friendly and up-to-date staff. In short, a great place to shop for luxury at logically high prices (rightly) for the goods offered. 4 stars deserved and recommended place if the budget is high.

In the beautiful Via Tornabuoni there is "Gucci" and it is a pleasure to find the classic style of this house with even very innovative things. I saw beautiful accessories: bags, belts, suitcases and they are no less clothes, jackets, coats, etc. In particular, I greatly appreciated the wide range of glasses and the splendid perfumes.
Excellent experience, from the first reception until the purchase, the staff is very kind and always smiling. Our sales assistant Nicola has shown great sympathy, speed and preparation.
I wish There was an option for negative stars. First of all they wouldn't let me in the store because it was "too busy" there wasn't a single soul in the store other than the cashier and the lady who told me to leave. Second of all she told me it was "too busy" before I could even step foot into the door. Third of all, I'm almost positive it was because I didn't look wealthy enough to EVEN ENTER IT? I could never even imagine purchasing or supporting this store or company if this is how they treat there costomers. If your planning to go buy a product of Gucci please don't go here!
The shopping guide can speak Chinese English and Italian, the environment is very good, the attitude is better than lv, there is a sofa to rest, the decoration is very stylish

Very nice Gucci store which is huge. Lots of staff with several languages covered including English.
The staff are so friendly and helpful and they look to give you a very personal shopping experience when your in there. The clothes and shoes are well presented and if you like anything do not hesitate to ask for help as the staff cant do enough to help and get what ever you want.

I saved money to specifically buy my first Gucci purse at this specific store. I already have a belt I bought at the Vegas store. I bought a Louis in Paris last year at their flagship store and they were amazing. I arrived at this Gucci store at 7:25 because my train from Rome was late. They already had the metal gate down and when I asked through the gate if they would open all 5 clerks in the back ignored me and talked to each other. I can t believe the unprofessionalism in this store. You are the FLAGSHIP store and people from all over the world want to come here and your hours specifically say a certain time so why close 5 min early for someone who took the train to buy a purse. I even told them I wanted the black crossbody bag with the Gucci symbol and black tassel and wanted to buy it I wouldn t waste time yet they laughed :( I m still devastated this just happened 30 min ago and it is all I wanted on my trip to Italy

Oh well what about the best of the best. Staff at your disposal and always very kind. A little personal note of mine, perhaps the shop assistants would not dress them in black like the shop assistants.
Never felt so unwelcome in any shop than I did in this one. Unsure whether it was security staff or a shop assistant but literally stepped every step with us, no communication of can we assist or help you find something just silent following and staring. In terms of customer service this branch is lightyears behind everyone else.
