Needed Medical Transportation QUICK and got it. Ms. McCreary in the JETS Ackerman transportation area helped me tremendously. Due to short time frame none of their drivers could take me; so she got me there via Lyft. She went above and beyond normal business practices to get me to my much needed appointment. I also got excellent follow up when I had multiple questions regarding Lyft. I think the exceptional and eager assistance is to be commended in this day and time when the norm is just to say, NO!
