I did two loads for this company, now Im trying to get paid. There accounts payable stated that they are going thru severe financial crisis. Im just trying to get paid.

Jetco has done an amazing job for us. Their trucks are always on time and drivers are more than courteous. We have used Jetco for several complicated projects and working with them thru these challenges made things so much simpler. We look at Jetco as a true partner that we like to engage in complicated moves to ensure our customers get top notch service.

I have used Jetco's trucking service for 20+ years. They go the extra mile to make sure that the customer is happy. Their service is great. Their customer service team is awesome.

Strict to a fault and very high termination rate for anything. No questions asked. These micro managing people are cut throat.

Jetco Delivery is the most awesome company to do business with. In particular Matt in brokerage is one of the nicest people you could ever deal with.

Jetco is a wonderful Trucker to have at your fingertips! Especially when you have an emergency order that needs to load today. I don't know how many times we have needed them that day and Jetco always pulls through. Requesting a rate is so simple and the return time is amazing. I will receive a rate back within 5-10 minutes. Very competitive rates as well, they have been my go to choice for LTL and FCL moves lately. Keep up the good work Jetco! My customers appreciate it!!!

Scheduled an interview with Joe Martinez. After sitting first 2.5 hours waiting to be interviewed because he overbook I was told he couldn't interview me for another week .I . Think that is very unprofessional and a very poor first impression of their management and courtesy .not only did I lose a day of pay his arrogance was not even sorry for wasting my entire morning . When I called back the following week the rudeness of his assistant was not much better . She even told me to leave a nasty review on Google if I chose to . First and second impressions were a fail . 1 was the lowest I could give with the experience. You definitely dont tell someone to leave a bad review if they choose too.

They could use improvement on how they treat vendors and prospective vendors

If you're looking for a reliable trucking company to handle your precious commodities, JETCO is the one to trust. There's not a lot of trucking companies I trust with my OD Rings but JETCO is one I definitely do. They've handled from the biggest (180" OD Rings) to the smallest (75" packages). There's no job too big or too small for JETCO to handle. They can do it all. Not to mention competitive rates and something that is a BIG Plus for me, GREAT customer service.
I would definitely recommend them.

In my opinion, Jetco is the best trucking company I have had the pleasure of working with in my 24 year career. I receive my trucking estimates fast; they can handle any size load (no matter how big); All team members are super friendly, knowledgeable in their field & very professional. And the drivers, oh my goodness they are extremely courteous. I could brag on this company for days. But don t just take my word for it give them a try & find out for yourself. You will love, love, love them!!!

Jetco is a cut above the above rest as far as trucking companies go. They always help me out of a bind and deliver excellent service from the dispatcher communication to the drivers. I can always trust that my freight will be loaded safely and delivered on time.

I wouldn t never apply for this Company Again. The staff is HORRIBLE & they tell you anything! LIES his Name is SHUN his whole domineer is negative and very unprofessional!!

Disrespectful language, discrimination of not understanding what I m saying, did not let me talk to his manager, hang up the phone on me, discrimination to the driver time and effort, answer the phone saying "WHAT IS YOUR PROBLEM" , hang up the phone more than 3 times, told me to come down there and he will show me how they work, discrimination that I was a women and that my voice sounded too young to work as a dispatcher. The worst treatment I have ever received from anyone. And his name is "MATT".

I went there and talk to a lady named Lisa Sursavage, she heard me, made me think she would take care of this, but she didn't. This company is the worst company you could cover loads with and for sure will not be working with them again. I was not even able to talk to their manager, he was no help at all.

Worst trucking company ever as far as treatment ...they fired me bacause somone said i was on my cell phone all day. Wrong and they said my previous employers said notjing good about me. Witch is also false...my MVR. N D.A.C are both spot cllean i called n checked that day..the pride and trophys they supposed to brag about went right out the door as far as im concerend. I woupdnt work that sorry company if thry were the last trucking company on earth. Straight sorry. Like there safety dept..lol...weak
