Bad service, attendants who do not feel like working, with wake-up face. Stinky place

Bad service, very specific places. They could be more flexible, as there are many people who have experience in a certain position (ex: receptionist) but not in a certain segment (if the person has already worked as a receptionist at a gym, it is not suitable for an office). Skills and adaptation are developed throughout the experience period.

It has a lot of vacancy, but the system is a little outdated

Criteria for vacancies offered are unclear, only appearing on the spot to find out if the vacancy is male, female. Extremely time-consuming site service easily wastes 1 hour waiting to be answered and interviewed

Bad job agency. Unfortunately the vast majority of people go there to waste time.

Traditional employment agency located at Rua XV de Novembro in the center of Blumenau. There is a need to improve in personal service as well as by phone. When attending in person it is important to bring the documentation and curriculum. It does not have its own parking.

The professionals are very attentive to the people in attendance. I recommend.

They never referred me to interviews even with experience.

I am always attended with disdain, employees without capacity and education to attend. They don't try to help the candidates, they just look for points to disqualify and hardly give you feedback.
