Disrespectful language, discrimination of not understanding what I m saying, did not let me talk to his manager, hang up the phone on me, discrimination to the driver time and effort, answer the phone saying "WHAT IS YOUR PROBLEM" , hang up the phone more than 3 times, told me to come down there and he will show me how they work, discrimination that I was a women and that my voice sounded too young to work as a dispatcher. The worst treatment I have ever received from anyone. And his name is "MATT".

I went there and talk to a lady named Lisa Sursavage, she heard me, made me think she would take care of this, but she didn't. This company is the worst company you could cover loads with and for sure will not be working with them again. I was not even able to talk to their manager, he was no help at all.
