I went for public skating and they gave away my shoes to someone else and then gave me a stained version of the exact shoe and when I said that they obviously weren't my shoes they tried to convince me saying they just feel different because I've been in skates, when there was obviously a giant stain on the toe.

3 ice rinks and a nice place, but the ice quality is lacking for the size and amount of hockey held here. The corners in two of the three rinks are DANGEROUSLY unlevel. Can't understand why this doesn't get addressed, but eventually someone is going to get seriously hurt.

Laser tag was amazing. The kids had a lot of fun and it is the best deal on the east coast. Seriously afforable. The guys running the laser tag were very nice and helpful to the parents. Will def be coming back. Thanks for a great night of laser tag fun. Ice skating was cool too. Staff polite. The snack bar was pretty decent. Kids were happy so I was happy.

Great place to skate, 3 newly renovated rinks. My son learned to skate and play hockey here. The coaches are great with the kids and the in house league is very well organized. They offer practices, games and playoffs and even in house clinics.

Staff was very rude. At the end of Open Hockey, the Zamboni driver came out and said, "IT'S DONE, IT'S DONE! IT'S OVER, GET OFF THE ICE!"
Then, instead of talking to me respectfully, chose to try and reprimand me for my face-shield.

There are three other rinks in close proximity, I don't need to deal with this. Apparently, others have had the same issue.

Other than that, good skate. Ice is thin but not terrible. Rink is more worried about liability and could pretty much care less about open hockey which is disrespectful to the sport as a whole as many skaters look forward to open hockey for exercise and for game improvement.

No one seemed to have any type of friendly personality. I tried to incite a smile in anyone's face and failed miserably. Sitting in the parking lot writing everything exactly as I remember it.

Im a member of the club so i like this rink. The coaches are good though and i like that there is a cafe and arcade. On the topic of the cafe, the food is good for a cafe, and you can view one of the rinks.

The rink looks nice all around and I don t mind the layout or seating arrangements. The jersey shore arena is a fun place to skate at and play hockey. Although, the ice is pretty bad in my opinion, and the boards are not smooth

Choppy, dirty, heavily-used soft ice at the start of public skate and children running out onto it in their sneakers.

They also do not let you skate or practice moves at the center of the ice during public skate. Maybe if I wore sneakers?

Took my son there for a birthday party. Place is massive and there's almost no signage directing people where to find things. Staff was uninterested in helping either. Laser tag looked fun

Your White Arena is not very well suited to host 2 half-ice Mite Minor games. The teams that play at the bacl end of the rink have to huddle in a short 30 ft by 5 foot area blocked off by that "Do Not Enter" sign and not even be able to view the entire ice surface.

Then when you ask your staff they say the Party rooms, with a perfect view over looking the ice, they said no one is allowed in there and that one of the sections of windows is the General Manager's office.

Now, building an arena and planning for down the road is impossible. However, planning which games are going to be played on which rink is completely within your power and to have so mamy fans have to crowd a small area is very poor planning. Especially when those people need to also make room for one of your teams needing to get into Locker Room 4 to get ready for their game and need to get through with big hockey bags.

And that sign in the picture is not very inviting either.

I've brought groups of pre- and teens here to skate and play laser tag. Both have been nice. Service was so-so, but wasn't anything I'd be unhappy about. There's a snack bar that teens like, and good open skating times. Laser tag was fun too.

Had a great time skating Saturday night staff was really nice but they made us switch the way we were going to accommodate no one. Since in this rink u either skate very well or will skate any way they tell u, and 95 percent prefer to go the way we started. Spoke to staff they were just "doing their job" so maybe this google review will get seen by the higher ups. Thanks for a great night otherwise

The workers were both friendly and helpful. We came with a rather large group but were still accommodated in the best manner possible. The only downside was that the ice wasn't prepped with a Zamboni before the public session, making it a little choppy. The music playing in the background during the session was upbeat and fun to listen too. Whenever I'm in the area I'll be returning to this rink for another skating session!

Fun!

Arenas are great, but the cafe breaks public water code and makes you pay for tap water.... Milking every penny since there are no water fountains and you are told to get tap water from the cafe.

My kids and I had a blast here. It was inexpensive fun! We played laser tag for 3 hours for just 10$ a person! Can't beat that for a fun night out with the kids. It also has three big ice skating rinks and a place to purchase food.

Nice arena with vending machines and skate shop that even did figure skates. In prder to skate during freestyle you need a USFA card. Strange that they don't accept ISI pr retired figure skaters.

The new owners have renovated the rink nicely, however, could give a damn about the ice hockey house league and is a damn joke. Apparently the owners are in this businessfor the almighty dollar. Mitch used to run the house league and ran it beautifully. For 7 years, the house league gave our family exciting and wonderful moments with our son and our family with great games and such electricity in the air during the playoffs. Now? There is no checking, no score kept, no penalties...a joke! My son was dropped off at practice and he just called to say that the kids have been at the rink dressed in their gear waiting for coaches to show up for practice. NONSENSE!! And to think this garbage is worth $900.00?!?!? The owners should be ashamed of themselves!

My 5 year old daughter took ice skating lessons here for about a month and a half. While the class itself and her instructor Jessica was fantastic, the Arena has out of the blue decided to change some of its practices. The program she took includes a half hour lesson, and then one hour of practice free-skating, in which there are no instructors on the ice and the parents were allowed to come on with them for an additional $5.00 fee. The new policy states that parents will no longer be allowed to go on the ice with their children during their 1 hour practice time. Being that my daughter is only 5 and still a beginner that needs help, it is an extreme safety concern for me to let her be on the ice alone, unsupervised. What happens if she falls and needs help? When I called to ask about this, the woman on the phone said she didn t know how to answer that for me and would have the general manager call me. I ve spoken to the same woman about 5 times, and have left a message for the general manager since Sunday. It is now Friday and I have still gotten no response. Im not sure how they expect 4 and 5 year olds to practice ice skating independently, without any supervision, and think they won t get hurt. A place that is willing to put a child s safety in jeopardy is a place I just cannot stand behind.

One weekend me and my friends were very bored and decided to go to an open hockey session at Wall (aka Jersey Shore Arena). Since I've been to open hockey sessions before most rinks have youth and adult. (youth is 17 and under) At Jersey Shore Arena there is 3 rinks and usually host an open hockey daily. But the open hockey's are accessible to ALL ages not just youth players. At first I did not mind because my friends are only a year or two older (I'm 13 btw) so I thought I can handle myself. So immeadeatly I wanted to start my position first on defense only to get a GROWN MAN YES GROWN MAN rip a slapshot right in my foot. The shot was so powerful it knocked me over and I had to limp over to the bench where I recently found out the next day my foot was sprained. Now at jersey shore you need to sign a waiver before playing open hockey there because it's so dangerous when mixing a 14 year old and a 25 year old. What I recommend is that they have 3 rinks, and with barely any activity host a youth and adult open hockey. I can guarantee more money will be made especially if open hockey's were hosted daily.
