Excellent service at all times from employees! The employees and the owner are honest and I trust them 100%. I definitely recommend to all cyclists, beginners as well as advanced.

Arrived there on the spot at 15:00 to have my rear wheel aligned, first been told by some rep, that I would need an appointment and it will be two weeks to get one, then I went in the back to explain my case to Paul one of the repair guy in duty. I do not have a car and it is difficult for me to come back on the week end because of my work, Paul said no problem he was supposed to finish his day but took my bike nonetheless to check it and tune it. Great service

People there are really nice, helpful and efficient. Prices are fair.

I usually do my own repairs but their service is incomparable when it comes to buying parts and their prices are always competitive. I once had to bring my winter bike in for a stuck bottom bracket; it took an incredible amount of force to take it out and they charged a very standard price for the job it turned out to be.

I should have to come to them much sooner; I used to keep going my usual places as this one seemed to be geared mostly toward the advanced cyclists (high-end bikes I could not afford) but they are an excellent place for service no matter how (in)expensive your bike is.

Really great store, still finding ways to sell equipment safely during COVID-19. Thanks guys!

Really great customer service. Love that a full fitting is included with a new bike; not only is the bike great but I really feel comfortable and efficient on it.

I go to Cycles Regis especially for mechanics who do a great job and are always friendly. The customer service is good, but not comparable to some shops where advisors are obviously passionate about cycling and offer unparalleled service. Good selection of Trek bikes.

They did a great job changing my chain and cassette. They did other minor and one major tweak which the owner was very kind to wave the charge. They're a very nice crew, great mechanics and over all always an awsome experience going there! They also wiped the bike clean which I appreciated very much.

Went to buy a 3$ adapter for my pump/tires. Friendly staff. The guy at the front desk took a few seconds to greet me even though he was with another customer. I also spoke with the employee at the workshop in the back about a part i wanted to replace and he was also helpful, answering all my questions.

Cycles Regis is my go to, when it comes to bicycle Repair and really anything related to cycling. It s been over 4 years now since I knew the shop and my experience has only been great. For a perspective, cycles Regis is a shop where the mechanics are kind enough to let you pop in without no appointment to get a quick trouble shoot and the best part not charging you . It s by far the best in Montreal. I always get quality services and products for very competitive prices with a friendly and knowledgeable peoples that are always ready to give the best customer service experience.

Cycles Regis is by far the best bicycle store where everyone should go to get their bikes or/and gears. I will definitely recommend them. Great team, has fixed my rusty old bike numerous times and does a great job.

Went here to fix a tire. The repairman was incredibly helpful, fixing my tire within 10 minutes and gave tips and tricks on how to prevent puncturing tubes when installing them. Would I recommend this place? Hell yes, they're fast, kind and professional.

I frequent this shop since it opened and I have never been disappointed. I referred friends and they share my opinion. An excellent bike shop with a very qualified and courteous staff. As for prices, again, they are ultra competitive. In short, quality advice, products and service of the first class.

I agree that the guys are quick, friendly and they do a great job. However, I felt a little ripped off: one spoke and an alignment on one wheel cost me 40$ when I was told it would be around 25...

I can't thank these guys enough. I've been their customer for the past year and all I can say is that the service that they give is above and beyond you get. From building a bike from scratch by just giving them the parts, to the attention to detail they do on tune ups and replacements, man these guys are the best! To Paul and the guys in the back, you guys rock! Thank you so much for giving the best service! Definitely gonna keep coming back till my pocket goes broke cause of "upgradetitis" LOL.

Very rude reception basically bullying me out of the shop and accusing me of cutting the line when there was no one in line.
I complied, went outside and told the rude that same person that the reception was not very friendly.
My comment was ignored.
I will never go back.

Good quick service but beware: they charge $ 5.00 + tax for Covid-19 Disinfection without notifying the client. It seems excessive to me.

Regis Cycles is a great place for road bike enthusiasts. Their staff is extremely pleasant to deal with and I appreciate their solid objective advice. (Vincent is great to deal with) There is absolutely no "hard pressure selling" at the store-which is why i would keep buying there.
In fact, last year when i was gonna buy a brand new accessory for my bike and i described the defective part to one of the staff member, he actually said it was NOT necessary to buy the new part but all I had to do was make an adjustment instead (wow-that s impressive honesty and straight forwardness)

Also-i bought a new road bike wheelset (mavic) at Regis a few months ago and it started to act up and brought it to a couple of other local bike shops. They could not figure it out and told me the noise is normal and it s supposed to be that way ..blah blah, blah, Obviously I was not too pleased about this and brought it to Regis to check it out. Within a few mins, one of their mechanics ( i think it was Benjamin) diagnosed and fixed the problem on the spot. There was some other issue with my Hybrid bike and their mechanics fine tuned and adjusted the derailleurs to perfection. (ie no chain rub and shifted flawlessly for months), where other bike shops could not. I will never bring my bikes for derailleur adjustments to anywhere but Regis from now on!

Prices seem fair at Regis (not the cheapest or most expensive)... but the main reason I will personally keep shopping at Regis is because of their top gun number#1 mechanics and the great objective advice I get from the staff.

Great service and always helpful. Sometimes they don't charge if it's just a super minor fix/suggestion.

I agree with all the past reviews on Regis Cycles . I have been there a few times for bike maintenance or repair. You definitely get a sense that their mechanics are top notch and actually know what the heck they are doing. A couple of times I brought my bike in for repairs and their mechanics noticed something was slightly astray that was different from the issue I brought the bike in for. They made the adjustments without charge.
I have a feeling these mechanics at Regis can work for a pro cycling team and not miss a beat - Thumbs up to them:)

I've used these guys for service on my not-so-high-end commuter bike and they did a fantastic job. The service department is friendly, fast, and detail-oriented.

The bike fit by Gerard was equally accurate, professional and detailed to provide perfect comfort.
The expertise of the staff in the repair department is rivalled only by their cheerful attitude !
And ,everyone perfectly bilingual too! So impressive !

Excellent and quick service, knowledgeable staff that always go the extra mile. Repairs are done right in front of you and you are free to ask any questions about the process or the bike in general. Prices aren't the cheapest but completely justified by the quality of the service.
