Lauren is so helpful and sweet she answered all my questions about membership, she went above and beyond, she was very knowledgeable.

Nice clean gym. The equipment is in good condition and the pool is really nice.

The early morning crew is fantastic they respond to needs, questions or the rare problem quickly

Staff superficially cares about members, but not if there's a real issue. Beautiful new building though.

The facility has a lot to offer for all ages and great sports events. Classes for older friends and even child care services for parents.

My only complaint is membership. It seems like every time I called, someone would tell me a different rate, price, deal etc.

Other than that, this place is a great, family friendly environment for everyone.

Just started going here and so far it s amazing. I love the childcare for one. I also love that everyone seems to be so friendly, that s rare in a gym atmosphere. I also love that they provide hand towels.

Friendly Tip: The blue soap in the bathroom is mouthwash, so pay attention. My husband learned the hard way. I do appreciate the mouthwash though, it s a great addition to the bathroom.

I absolutely love this YMCA! All the classes are included in your membership and they even have child care! The staff is fantastic and super friendly and they keep everything very clean! I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Love the instructors and all the classes, along with recent upgrades to the facility. Great environment.

Omg!! This is the fist time my kid goes to a swimming pool and he was very happy his instructor was very patient and friendly. They did everything to make my child comfortable.He can't wait to come back tomorrow. Thank you Ymca at Rockwall for been such a great place for kids.

This organization provides plenty of activities and opportunity for not only development in health thru the many activities and events they provide but also will offer professional knowledge on desired health, fitness,and lifestyle results. That's not it! Since myself and my family's partcipation as active members of the membership (I couldn't pass up due to the great pricing and the many programs this organization provides not only to members but our community as well)myself and my family active participation has not only proved to be positive in our lifestyle choices but also needed relationship building. My family and I have bonded and have provided each other needed support in our everyday obstacles. I thank the "Y" for this because without our membership my family's communication and involvement in each other's rountines would not be known or as made aware of. Being active in this membership forces you to communicate. I'm very happy with my choice in joining!! Oh yeah!!! They also provide families help financially in membership costs required in desired participation in their many different programs!!! I think that is awesome, and really helps our community!! I mean giving parents struggling an option for needed activity and providing a positive enviroment for our kids is priceless and very important to me! Hope to continue to meet great people in our community there. Thanks to the staff and the organization at the "Y" in Rockwall!!!

Everyone seems to love their job which gives out good energy every time I walk in. Dayton helped me enroll and gave me clear instructions on how my membership works and even got me set up for parents nice out. My son just started swim lessons with Jose and he s very genuine and a great swim instructor. Great facility no complaints.

Great trainers, classes are very well plan. Facility is clean, equipment is new.

Expect to be frustrated if you're an adult who likes to swim in the morning. Communications about pool closings or pool events is terrible. There are often no signs announcing the change in advance, OR they're put up the day before (so if you don't come that day you don't see them), OR they're so small and the print is so tiny that they're invisible and unreadable. Since you can't count on the pool being open on schedule, to avoid unnecessary drives to an unusable pool, you have to check the website every day for sudden, random schedule changes.

This YMCA is a great place to work out, super clean, me and my family loves it.

I really enjoy the Y!!! My grandsons have been participating in sports there for several years! As well as swim lessons, and by daughter enjoys the gym!!!

Very nice Y now that the remodel is done. Great folks working here. Plenty of good equipment. Does get busy during peak times.

We love the Y!! Just moved to Rockwall so we canceled our Lifetime Fitness membership as there's not one nearby. The Y is definitely different but its much cheaper and has everything we need. Staff is GREAT!!!

I love running on their trails when the weather is nice. Gym inside is very clean as well.

I called this morning at 10 to verify the rumba water class was still going to happen at 10:30 and was assured that it was. Sadly it did not happen, but that is not my main complaint. I talked with a female worker at the front desk on the way out. She told me twice that I was confused . She was condescending and rude! My question is Why? Perhaps she doesn t like her job. Very disappointing on several levels.

Recently started to go to this YMCA after dropping my membership at planet fitness. I am impressed with the level of cleanliness during Covid 19. Seeing people actually wipe down their machines and free weights is a breath of fresh air compared to most gyms. The pool can get a little tight with free swim and two swimmers per lane for lap swimming. I wish there was a room for abs/warming up, but you can usually find some room on the mats in the weight room.

Clean and well-run. No sauna which is a bummer but pool, gym, locker rooms, classes and kid care are all exceptional.

I have been going to the gym here for the last four years. It's a consistently clean, well taken care of space with friendly folks all around. The pool is decent and there are sports opportunities for the kids. It meets all of our wants and needs in a YMCA.

The gym is awesome! But the pool is depressing! Why do the lifeguards look so disinterested and not happy to be there? They rarely say hello or goodbye when people walk in and out, and they all look like they are probably about 14 years old. I just don't feel like they wouldn't even be interested in saving someone if something went wrong. My confidence in the lifeguard staff there is diminished. They simply look just too bored to be there. shameful.

This place is great. Each visit is a blast. Sometimes I feel like going to the gym, sometimes the pool, and other times just playing a game of basketball. This place has a ton of people around and everyone is happy to have you join in their pick up game or give you a spot if you are lifting. You can have it all at this YMCA. Also, the indoor-ish pool is very nice! Sometimes this place becomes pretty crowded with children, but in my opinion that's not necessarily a bad thing.

One thing you find about YMCA parents is they actually watch their kids so honestly it's not a worry at all. If you are an active person, there are so many different things to do here that you will definitely find something to keep you entertained.

The newly expanded features of this Gym - coupled with child care options and many other amenities makes this the perfect family fun gym!

One of the finest YMCA facilities I have used for work out and swim. I travel each winter to South and Western USA. Visit many different YMCA.

I LOVE THE Y IT IS THE MOST AWESOME FITNESS PLACE EVER

I went today to look around & do the 3 days free with my son. I was handed a form to fill out & they just didn't care. I was handed a schedule & he left. While I was walking around, I noticed another mom & son come in & they got a tour! Not impressed at all!

My kids love coming here to play sports all year round and I enjoy all the fitness classes they have. The staff is always friendly and informative.

Great facility and people. Feel very safe with the Y's social distancing, masking and cleaning processes in place.

The staff at the J.E.R Chilton YMCA are awesome. Very friendly and helpful. The facility is very clean and well maintained. This YMCA offers quite a few classes including some aquatic exercises. The weight room is nice and the equipment is kept in good condition.
