I chose to order an RO unit from Oceanic because of the great, low price. We I received the unit, I had trouble installing it, but Jotan was a great help and highly responsive. With his advice I installed it and it has been giving a high volume of excellent water. Recently the pump began to make some noise and again Jotan was very responsive and helped troubleshoot the problem and sent me a new pump. There are many RO water maker suppliers around, but you cannot beat the the level of customer service at Oceanic Water Systems, especially when considering the affordable pricing.

I have been a customer for 2 years now. Good! Original Watts Premier System(5-Stage Reverse Osmosis) was purchased from Sam's Club 9 Years ago. I have since then used Watts premiere online and oceanic water systems for filters and parts. I am glad I can just come in and buy what we need

Poor customer service. We purchased a water softens from this company less than a year ago. We have been experiencing some problems and when reaching out to the company the manager has given us the run around. It had been determined it was a part problem which should be covered under warranty and the manager avoided communication with us for several days. He then wanted us to pay for the replacement and shipping. I strongly encourage finding another company to purchase from.

As others have stated DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!
The man sold me an RO unit on Ebay, which did not perform as expected. After calling to work it out, he insisted that I needed another component - a DI unit, which I purchased over the phone. The DI unit was installed but still didn't perform as promised. After a call was placed to remedy the problem, he gave me bogus instructions to 'repair' the problem, which of course, did nothing. He then STOPPED RESPONDING TO CALLS!
I have see other reviews with similar experiences!
I complained to Ebay, and he agreed to refund upon return. However he only refunded for the parts bought through Ebay, and REFUSED TO REFUND FOR THE DI UNIT! SO the man thinks he can take people's money for products that don't work, and then keep that money when the customer is dissatisfied? He continues to refuse my calls, and I am taking measures to have Ebay remove his account for fraud.
What a bad way to do business!! All the man needed to do was work with me to solve the problem, or be honest and return all my funds, Instead, he's generated nothing but ill will and a bad name.

I received a faulty filter. the company sent a new part for the filter after 5 days but the system still did not work properly and ultimately flooded part of my business causing thousands of dollars in damage. After this, I reached out a few times and was told that my point of contact was traveling and someone else would get back to me. It has been over a month and still nothing! Very unsatisfied with the product and even more unsatisfied with the service!
Thank you for your response. After spending thousands on fixing damages from the leak and purchasing a new unit from another company, I do not want to spend any more money in this issue. Will you please send me a return shipping box with paid shipping so I can return the unit for a refund?
