Jennifer Web Design Reviews

I am very disappointed in Jennifer Web Design. I hired them to build out a website for my new business and I told them I needed it complete in 30 days. They promised me it would be complete on time. I paid over $10,000 to these people and the site they presented to me looked lvery unprofessional. I politely asked for revisions and was told that revisions would cost extra. After a long court battle I received by money back and had a professional website firm build my site. Bottom line is I am not happy with my experience with Jennifer Website Design.

Jennifer Web Design recently helped design the new site for the Fremont Street Experience where I am the Interactive Marketing Manager. This firm went above and beyond to deliver a site our company can be proud of. In addition to creating an appealing design, Jennifer Web Design gave us our site back from an agency. We got all the functionality we wanted and more. Adam, our project manager, is a superstar and has been exceptionally responsive, patient and committed to giving us a site that surpassed all expectations. Highly recommended.

Jennifer Web Design has done an excellent job of setting up our website for access by national and international clients. Last Friday I called and left a voicemail message for Ben Jones (a representative of Jennifer Web Design) to ask a question; prior to a scheduled meeting today. I still haven't heard a word.
You must ask yourself, if they can't even return a phone call, do I really want to start a working business relationship with them?

I have been working with Jennifer Web Design for almost a year. Our website is almost 4800 pages and custom built by JWD. Our platform is proprietary as is the CMS. The team at JWD are some of the best professionals in the business. Finding a competent web designer/builder that doesn't disappear after the site launches is getting more and more difficult to find. Your review makes a person believe you are disgruntled and angry that perhaps JWD won the bid you lost as you don't point out any particular reason or service that has led to your dismal statement.
