I rely a lot on first impressions.
Last Friday I called and left a voicemail message for Ben Jones (a representative of Jennifer Web Design) to ask a question; prior to a scheduled meeting today. I still haven't heard a word.
You must ask yourself, if they can't even return a phone call, do I really want to start a working business relationship with them?
