The corporate culture is wonderful. It starts with senior management/partners and trickles down to the rest of the employees. Everyone works very hard toward a shared goal, and management is also aware/respectful of that fact that every employee's work/life situation is different.
Culture was the main reason I chose to work here and I have not been disappointed.
I have worked for Jefferson Apartment Group for a about six months. It has been such a great experience. My teammates area great to work with and the leadership team is so supportive and genuinely care about us.
We are all very busy, and I can tell that what I do (marketing) is really making a difference - something that is very important to me.
They also have many opportunities to give back to our community, whether its wrapping gifts for a special needs elementary school, or cooking for folks at the Central United Methodist Church in Arlington, they always encourage you to give back any way you can.

I've been a manager with JAG for a little over three years now and the experience has been amazing. The support you receive is tremendous and you feel heard. I'm not just an employee of JAG but also a resident. After living in two of JAG communities I can say that experience has been great for me and my family.
I wouldn't stay in another JAG managed apartment community even if it were free. Run.

I have worked for Jefferson Apartment Group since 2015. It is by far the best company I have ever worked for. The owners are fantastic, and the staff that I work with now are amazing.
The management by this company of my apartment complex is basically nonexistent. There has been constant staff turnover at thr complex since I moved in and the living conditions are significantly deteriorating. I have placed two calls to Jefferson Apartment Group to speak to Vanessa and she has not returned my calls. My next call is to the VA Dept of Health.
I am extremely grateful to work for such a great company. I worked for JAG a few years ago and left to explore other opportunities.
One of the things that was lacking in the other companies was a sense of community. I love that we are viewed as individuals and not just numbers.

We've lived at a JAG property (Jefferson MarketPlace) for almost 3 years now and have really enjoyed it! The property staff has been incredibly helpful, knowledgable and genuinely cares about their community. The location is perfect for city-living with kids and amenities are top-notch!
