The management by this company of my apartment complex is basically nonexistent. There has been constant staff turnover at thr complex since I moved in and the living conditions are significantly deteriorating. I have placed two calls to Jefferson Apartment Group to speak to Vanessa and she has not returned my calls. My next call is to the VA Dept of Health.
