Jeannie is very easy to work with, sympathetic and understanding, and professional in her approach towards cases. Despite all the delays of COVID she kept on top of the case through the many hearing delays, and eventually got my ticket dismissed. I never had to worry about what was going on as Jeannie was always on top of things.

I would consult with any other attorney but this office. Some people only care about money and you can tell. I guess when you focus on volume you forget to realize every case is a human being.

Facing a serious infraction long story short while online I found Jeannies website, called, her assistant was amazingly freindly and knowledgeable she actually calmed me. With all questions answered I paid a very reasonable fee and the process began. All emails and communication were answered same day a month later received email - case dismissed :) DO NOT HESITATE TO USE HER FOR YOUR TRAFFIC MATTERS.

The whole process is smooth with only a couple of emails and photocopies.

I don't have much to say, except that I would recommend Jeannie unconditionally. She represented me in my contest of a speeding ticket, and was able to have the case dismissed. Since calling her about my case, I spent a total of about 2 minutes on it...she took care of absolutely everything. She was professional and responsive, and a pleasure to work with.

I hired Jeannie for contesting a traffic ticket. I was referred to her by a friend. The process was so easy. She sent a detailed email with instructions on what I needed to do and then when it came to the date of the hearing, I received notification right away that the case was dismissed. It was well worth hiring Jeannie. Now I don't have to worry about the traffic ticket on my record and my insurance going up.
