JCA Group Review

JCA Group has let me down two times in a row now. Figured I'd give them a second chance... Bad idea. I had to deal with consistent false updates, lies, and excuses. The load I needed delivered in a timely manner delivered a full week late. A little honesty and/or communication would have gone a long way. Getting hung up on, rather than explained what is happening by a shipper who is "dedicated to make the shipping process for our customers as effective & convenient as possible" seems a little off brand. You can guarantee I will never work with them again.

I waited a full day to write this review as I didn't want it to come off as a knee jerk reaction, but there is really no way to sugar coat it.

They don't even worth for 1 star, one of my friend had worked with them. The owner was so unpolite and rude. Every time he needs to speak at least twice and the person can hear it, he always on his own work or phone calls without paying attention to clients even the client is already by his side. Because of Convid, they even not allowed people to go into their warehouse and just stop them in front of the door. Bad service at all!!!!! Each time paid and send an email to confirm and he can help to load stuff. So ridiculous!! They have no idea that to be respectful to clients is a way to run business.

Horrible carrier, does not even deserve 1 star. Delivered our freight 1 week late and kept giving us the run around about where the truck was. Provided poor customer service, hung up on us several times and lied about when the order would deliver. Almost lost a big customer because of this situation, will never be using them again.

No waiting time at all ! I've got my trailer unloaded in 20 minutes ! Left my cargo for storage and picked it up in 5 days. Very affordable pricing, great service. Will come again. Thanks.

Always friendly staff, super fast service. Solved all my shipping and packing problems. Very clean facilities inside and out which make it nice to drive through this area. Very thanks!!!
